Grate hotel!!!!!
The location is amazing and the hotel staff is more than kind and helpful.
The rooms are extremely big and very clean.
We had an amazing time.
We are definitely coming back.
Everything was grate except the breakfast was little poor.

Great place. Close to the sea, big rooms, national park is close as well.

the hotel is very new and comfortable enough. all rooms have lovely views of the sea and the national park. it feels quite familiar as it is not a huge hotel. the beach area is ok even though not very appropriate for kids (risk of falling)
i dont think i‘ve ever seen a more dirty hotel room ever before. the housekeeping was very superficial, forgetting to bring us toilet paper or the complimentary water… not great if you have a small child… the staff (apart from some then smiling and one guy who was helpful) did not make us feel very welcome… e.g. you arrive, they barely welcome you and immediately want to charge you for your stay. their level of English is also pretty bad but you can get by…

Awesome place near the beach.
Great people and outstanding feel-good atmosphere

Calm, clean and beautiful beach, friendly staff, view out of the window 😍

beach is beautiful with a pier and quite comfortable for those with kids
didn’t try spa so can’t say anything about it
breakfast is quite tasty
wi-fi worked okay only in lobby, literally absent at rooms
coffee is not the best one

Stunning location - rooms overlooking the sea and mountains of the national park, amazing sunsets. Clean rooms and facilities. Pool area really great with lots of space and not crowded. Food was delicious. Staff really friendly and professional. Sea was clean. Guzelcamli is a quiet town with a few nice eateries and a friendly local atmosphere, not a place for mass tourism. We loved visiting the nearby national park. We had a wonderful time thank you!
Not really a proper beach area for kids (a raised sand platform) but there are some other beaches a few mins walk

Beautiful, modern and comfortable hotel. Excellent location, direct access and private beach, right at the entrance of a beautiful national park, away from mass tourism sites. Super breakfast. Kids loved it.
Wifi is quite weak, it did not work in the room, only at the reception area.

Nice place. Elegant, spacious rooms with superb sea view. Excellent daily cleaning service. Good restaurant, good breakfast. Street parking okay. Nice private beach, kind and supportive staff. Definitely recommended.

a nice and clean hotel. not many rooms so the number of tourists was ok.
the booked room was spacious (Family suite) with a big bathroom.
quite small balcony but nice view. clean pool. no sand beach but a decent garden with grass. access to water only from a small bridge.
- the reservation was for Family Suite. 2 adults and 2 children, half board. we received a big bed for 2 adults and a small sofa for the 2 children, very uncomfortable. when we asked for an extra mattress to put over the sofa . we received a blanket to put on the bed. that's all they could do for us.
on day #1 after 2 showers the rest of the family took cold showers because there was no more hot water and the hotel staff sent a technician. he said it was his fault because he didn't change the water tanks.
- on # 2, the same problem.
- on day #3 there was absolutely no water and nothing but lies from hotel staff. we had hot water problems all vacation.
- during breakfast : food acceptable but horrible coffee and not available daily. on one morning we got also coffee with powder milk. a 4 star hotel serving instant coffee with powder milk ? if asked for espresso, it was with extra costs from the bar and it was no espresso but just instant coffee. during breakfast or dinner if we asked for other than water, like ordinary orange juice, it was with extra costs. extra cost at a 4 star hotel for a juice (not fresh but from a 2 liter plastic bottle ).
Except for Mustafa, the kitchen master who managed to prepare some great plates (still missing those great omelettes ), the food experience was mediocre.
- English language or other international languages ? mostly signs and smiling. I don't know if the staff doesn't know foreign languages or they don't want to speak but I am sure that the attitude towards non-Turkish clients was completely different. the first 3 days all personnel kept asking us the room number at every entry into the hotel. it took 4 days to remember a face.
- so : 7 nights, 2 adults, 2 children , family suite , half Board , July - 2400 euro ??? never again !!!!

Rooms are quite new but not clean.
This is neither a luxury hotel nor a SPA hotel, it’s just a hotel by the wavy sea. Professionalism of staff is low, you feel yourself like staying at a 3rd class hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel to stay.

Very nice hotel, the best compared to the surrounding ones. Absolutely friendly staff, quite, quite fancy - it's a new hotel and things are done well there. Also it was nice not to have loud music on premises.
Very relaxing and comfortable experience.
Location near national park is also nice - make sure to take a ride there.
Food could be a bit better although it's still good and choices are plenty.

Likely one of the nicest places in the immediate area as it's new. The staff is very nice and accomodating. The bathrooms are wonderful... Very large with a normal and rain shower head and bidet.
As I was proposing to my GF, the staff did a nice job of making the room feel special, with rose peddles on the bed and table tops.
Overall, we would certainly stay again but would address the concerns listed before a final decision.
The buffet in the main dinning area is nice but regardless of how hot it is at dinner, they do not turn on the air conditioning in the dinning area, instead, opening large doors to the [Hot] outside. Nearly each dinner was just a hot and sweaty experience where you also need sun glasses to battle the late evening sun.
Also, the kitchen support staff are nice and try but often we would eat breakfast or dinner with food and crumbs all over the floor and tables from the prior meal... All with the support staff standing around. That's a lack of leadership and training, and it was also with barely any guests coming to the buffet meals.
Another issue, we wanted to extend our stay but Booking.com showed no further Deluxe rooms. However, the hotel was only half full at best. I imagine they only allow a partial number of rooms for booking.com, but it took a little communication to finally get the hotel to extend our stay.
The outside support staff, in the morning, gets around to cleaning off the chairs near the beach for guests, between 9 and 10... After guests are already going out.

The view was nice from the room overlooking the sunset at the evening. Room was nice, bed was comfortable ( not the pillows though ) and modern design.
Hard to communicate with staff in English.
Staff needs more training in customer service. I was not able to lock my door on the second day- no apology received.
The pool side and beach lounge area trash when we checked in at 7pm and they were still there in the morning. We did not use the pool as it was not cleaned. Definitely room for improvement in cleanliness in the facilities including the breakfast/dinner area. In my optinion it doesn’t live up to its name „Luxury hotel“.
Check-in experience should be private, there were too many staff gathered around when we checked in (even though they were friendly).

We were looking for a clean modern place to relax on the beach watching stunning sunsets and have a good taste of the Turkish cuisine and we've got just that. Well maintained, clean property where stuff is more than friendly and accommodating.
There were couple of mornings when it took a bit of time for the water to warm up in the shower. Other than that nothing much to mention here.

The property has almost everything to offer a great holiday, location, facilities and staff. It is nice and cozy
Wifi should be improved

Absolutely amazing place! Loved the modern building, the details, the breathtaking views: sea and sunset. The food was so tasty. A perfect place for our early summer holiday.

Delicious breakfast, the beach, although not too large and with pebble stones, offers clear and clean water. Rooms are perfect! Very attentive and helpful staff. Excellent location: close to village, national Park and other places ...

New and stylish hotel in cozy, quiet and picturesque place with super friendly and welcoming staff.
Hotel has access to the sea and nice swimming pool. If you prefer sandy beach - there is super long one with transparent blue water 15 min away on foot.
Surrounding village has local flavor yet it is quite comfortable to visit - mild traffic; cash machine, shops, national park, taxi and bus station are 10 min walk.
Food offering in hotel is not huge, but complete and lets you try nice local things. Between breakfast and dinner it is possible to place orders at the restaurant by decent price. Also there is a shop in the village with relatively cheap local food.
Hotel offers transfer from/to Izmir airport (~1h 20min).
Definitely recommend for meditative, lazy contemplative rest.
National park nearby is closed because of COVID

Amazing hotel. We like it a lot. Delicious food, beautiful room, good staff.
You have to relogin to wi-fi approximately every hour.

Location is good, in a quiet district just aside the sea, also convenient for daily trips around by car. The staff is very helpful and polite. The hotel itself is a modern building, rooms are spacy, clean and they have also balcony. Meals were tasty, hotel management was taking pandemic measures very well. Sea side is nicely arranged with clean sunbeds, it is a pebble beach, but was very clean, there is also pool opportunity for adults and also a separate one for the kids. We were satisfied with the quality.
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights (on the 1st night we checked in around 9:30 p.m.), and during our stay we paid almost one night fee for our extras-this is not a negative point for us,we had the extras and we pay of course, however,on the 2nd night, the hotel owner was reactive to us because we brought water with us, I can understand the logic but for a good memory, it would be better if we did not face this reaction. Apart from this one little point, all the staff and the stay was really satisfactory.

It’s a super nice hotel, everything was clean and tidy, the staff was very friendly and welcoming I felt at ease they’re amazing. the view on the sea and mountains was breathtaking, I had a wonderful stay where I could rest well since it’s very calm and not noisy. I liked the food a lot, it was tasty and fresh. I’ll miss this place for sure and would like to go again ! If it wasn’t for school I would’ve extended my stay.

A wonderful hotel right on the seafront. You can go down to the sea via the platform. Everywhere was very clean, the staff took care of the hotel guests. The meals were varied and delicious. Rooms with a balcony and sea view, and the cleaning service tried very hard to please the guests. The ladies from the cleaning service were very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a quiet vacation in a quiet and well-kept place. I would love to spend my vacation in this hotel again. I cordially greet all hotel staff and thank you for your commitment to creating such a pleasant atmosphere. See you soon. Kinga Senkowska

This is by far the best hotel in Güzelçamli, a town to discover if you want to escape from mass tourism. We especially liked:
- Being 1 km away from a magnificient national park (heavenly especially for biking or a morning run),
- The quietness, cleanliness and refinement of the hotel. You can tell that attention was paid to details, from the quality of the material used for the construction to the classy sunbeds and umbrellas.
- Sunbathing in the garden (a welcome change from a sandy beach... sand can be over-rated);
- The quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff (kuddos especially to Ibrahim from the restaurant, who is a 5-star professional).
Getting in the sea can be challenging, as the shore has stones in that area. But we were told that the required authorisations have been secured to build a pier in 2022. That will be a great improvement.

Breakfast and dinner with not such a great choice

We really liked the design of the bathrooms. It was modern. And we also liked the retro yellow fridge
We didn’t have a balcony. And the thing and place behind the window was really dirty and not clean at all.

meals are very good. Location is very good. Sea is perfect. It is new and clean. Easy to access. Parking is easy. close to the national park.
an espresso machine is missing. The neighbour hotels are sometimes too loud. Afternoon Tea buffet with some cookies could be offered within the price.

Hotel with nice garden, connected to the beach. Very friendly and supportive staff always helpfull. A lot of good food. Nice seaview from the room.
Aircon switching off several times everynight and did not return back.

Great beach zone, tasty and delicious breakfast and dinner, attentive personnel
There is no teapot in the rooms explained by covid measures. Haven't heard that virus lives in a kettle. Seems like a way to charge you for coffee and tea additionally. Another issue is that when you consume something extra noone tells you the price (e.g. vine, tea, fresh juices) and you are not signing any invoices so (as it was in my case) there are some odd invoices for what you haven't consumed
