Facilities are clean and fine other that there is only one elevator and you are on your own when it is broken.
The attitude of the personnel in the front desk. They were unfriendly and not interested in helping. Not just a person but several people in the front desk that changed along two days.
There is only one elevator. During check out the elevator was broken. I called the front desk for help with the luggage but the lady could not care less. During our stay, we asked several questions but the answer was the same: They didn't know and they did not bother to find out".
