We loved our gorgeous, spacious apartment in this very busy and lively neighborhood. Anna was easy to communicate with up to and during our stay, and she even arranged a driver to pick up our family of 8 in Sorrento and drive us to Naples. She met us at the taxi and walked with us to the door of the building. We were early but were able to store our luggage in the kitchen, and she told us where to get pizza nearby and spend some time while the cleaner finished. It turned out to be a Michelin starred restaurant which we never would have known about if not for Anna. This neighborhood and those nearby are brimming with restaurants, coffee shops, small stores for essentials, and fun shops. A 20-30 minute walk brings you to the National Archaeological Museum, Duomo, the contemporary art museum, and so much more. One couple in our group rode the metro and said it was easy to navigate.
It’s not easy finding stays for 4 couples, and this apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and decorated in a way that maintained the historic feel of the building, yet was modern and funky. Each bedroom had its own bathroom with shower, as well as a balcony with a view (one room had a view into the inner courtyard and the other three rooms had street views). The large kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and dining, but most importantly there was an espresso machine and plenty of coffee for all of us.
An elevator was available for a couple of euros, but we always used the stairs up to the second floor.
Anna arranged airport taxis for our group as our flights were at different times, and we left Italy with a fondness for Naples, Anna, and this apartment. Addio bella Napoli!

Random House is my first choice when I visit Naples. The location is fantastic. The place is very clean and safe. The host, Anna, is very helpful and friendly.

The location was great, it was near the center and the building is awesome, very authentic. We got an unexpected upgrade on the room and Anna was very friendly, communicative and helpful. She helped us to get a good affordable transfer to the Airport.

To be honest we are disappointed about the accommodation we found here instead of how the photos on booking look like.
Towels and sheets were dirty, the windows/doors could not be completed closed, we needed to block it with a wardrobe or something not to be cold and very noisy from outside. The shower and the sink from one room were somehow broken not working so well the sink as the water overflows everywhere (we managed to make it work a little better). The shower runs too slow…
