BEWARE! roach nest located here.

we liked it when we got out of there

roaches everywhere. all was good until we turned the stove on and they started crawling out of every nook and cranny crawling on the beds. it really was terrible. of course booking.com did nothing to help and neither did the property. we took the loss and went to a hotel downtown.

Was in a good location and worth the money.

Property was very convenient and close to downtown Chattanooga

The property smelled strongly of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking property.

A few issues that will likely be resolved soon. And even if not, the price cant be beat!

The major draw for this place was it's cheap listing, but the quality what much higher than what the price suggested! It's crazy that some rundown motels are priced higher than this place, especially since it has 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen. The value cant be beat!

The previous resident(s) left a bit of a mess, and there was a strange dank old smell. There were bits of detritus and residues around and on some furniture, A few small dead and alive bugs, and some trash and lighter(?) under the main bed. Also they would do well to have better pillows, and maybe another set of thicker blankets.

It wasn’t very well maintained. The entry way to the unit was dirty, the front door was dirty, the shower was pulled loose from the wall, for a sofa there was a futon , there was dirty pans in the cabinet and the eating utensils were dirty. There were also ROACHES ANDS and other insects in the unit. I have more pictures to share.

Apartment had the greatest location for a wonderful visit!

The location was incredible-safe neighborhood, close to great downtown restaurants, amazing hiking. They had a designated parking space for us and plenty of guest spaces for our daughter's car. The apartment was clean and master bedroom was great. The hosts emailed us each day to ask if we needed anything.

We're older and found the email links hard to access. Although the master bedroom was great, the 2nd bed wasn't comfortable-made noise. The living room furniture was not comfortable.

I loved the location. I liked having the apartment verses a motel.

The mattress cover was dirty. Had people coming to the door late at night.

Cost low. Free laundry

Very dirty. Ants in bathroom and kitchen. Air purifier and vents filthy. I bought bleach and cleaning supplies to clean myself. Bath tub with hair and shower head almost falling off. Poor maintenance, lots of things broken

I was accused of smoking pot in this apartment

location

The manager of this property accused me of using drugs in his property. This is based on the smell in the apartment. Upon checking in, I reported to him that the apartment smells of smoke or something and he replied, people smoke there all the time and there’s nothing he can do about it. The next day he accused me of using drugs because of the smell. I have a full email on this issue. I was extremely angry and offended. Also, I sent him a broken tile and exposed nails on the floor which I got hurt with. And I had to request toilet paper as it was not available in the apartment. I will never stay here nor recommend this apartment.

I liked the space to relax instead of a bed in a room. Was a nice place. Might even look into this place for an entire weekend next year.

I didn't like that the rest of the group didn't want to stay with me.

Superb

This is a no frills property. If you are looking for something more fancy, you probably won’t want to choose this as your stay With that said the place has plenty of positives! Very clean, beds were very comfortable. It has a full kitchen and some nice little touches. Host supplies shampoo, soap, detergent etc. washers and dryer’s are in a separate location and are FREE!! The location is close to everything and was very quiet. They are pet friendly as well. Host is very responsive. All in all it was a good stay and very cost efficient!

The only reason I couldn’t give a great score was a pretty big reason for me. We had NO television the entire time we were there. I called the day we checked in and told staff the tv wouldn’t come on. They took my number and said they would get back with me. Nothing the next day so we called back and we’re told they were still working on letting the proper people know. That was on Saturday, our second day, we left on Monday an entire day early from our reservation. For the price, I would stay again but with television. The king size bed is the absolute best bed ever to sleep on. The apartment is of good size. Just no television and no response back was my only issue but was a big one for my family
