Very loud dirty and disappointing

The floors were black bedding needs replacing not enough covers refrigerator didn’t work guests too loud management can’t speak fluent English they can’t understand customers and we can’t understand them

It was horrible.

2 very racist women (Indian) in charge and absolute hatred towards American citizens. They were a complete and udder disgrace. I personally was robbed of my $75 deposit and I had Zero recourse once she had my debit card. I learned the hard way to STAY AWAY FROM MOTEL 6 IN EASTRIDGE/CHATTANOOGA. WHITE PEOPLE BEWARE YOU ARE HATED THERE!

This is a terrible motel, fit for only the homeless as a roof over their heads.

only the location near interstate.

Everything else. It was dirty, loud, with unhelpful staff.

my room smelled really bad of cigarette smoke and it was a non smoking room. there was jelly like stuff on the walls. there was some sort of sauce looking stuff on the door and the frame. just a very dirty room

Stay wasn’t the best. place still dirty no one came to clean room or make beds up…Door messed up which made the key not

The location was fine. New flooring looks great. Appliances worked.

The manager was pretty nasty . She fussed at me for not having money for a security deposit for the room. She fussed at me for a few minutes about why I didn't have 75 dollars for security deposit. Also repeated to tell me that it was a non smoking room. She couldn't understand why I didn't have enough money to be in the room.

Nice roadtrip rest stop for the ones traveling with big doggies.

We stayed here as a shelter location, because we were running away from Hurricane Ian with our Black Lab. The accommodations were fair enough for the price, but what sold us was the fact they accept large dogs and they didn't charged us any extra fees for having him with us so that was a great plus. We also decided to anticipate our check out, due to the fact we saw we couldn't go back to Florida so we were going to make our way up north to our family and they promptly confirmed the full reimbursement of the 2 nights we weren't going to stay there anymore. Super nice staff. Location was also good for people in the middle of a long trip cuz it was right off I75. I would just suggest that the team can make it a little bit more clearer that they offer complimentary coffee at the reception and a microwave to use, I only noticed that when we were checking out.

Overall, you pay for what you get here. It is affordable but does the bare minimum.

The location was convenient and the staff was friendly. Also the price was very affordable.

The room was dirty when we first arrived and the motel itself wasn’t in great shape. Also, there was no breakfast or coffee provided, no microwave in the room, and the vending machine snacks were stale. No deadbolts or secure locks on doors.

There’s a reason this is a budget motel. The sad thing is this is far better than military housing.

The bed is clean and the linen is fresh. Owner is clearly more interested in sleeping than amenities.

Pool has seen better days, shower is broken, and holes in the wall.

Good price for the times, don't recommend unless it's just an overnight stay.

It was a good price and it was close to the venue I had to attend.

There were many options close to the venue I was attending but I noticed this one had a pool. I was looking forward to going for a swim then when I arrived there was no pool. It looked like the pool had been down for years. There were no light bulbs in 2 of the lamps in the room. The fire alarm was out and not plugged into the ceiling. The headboard for the bed was on the floor. The bathroom had no tissue and there was a dirty razor still in the shower. The a/c unit was so loud I couldn't hear the TV without turning up the volume so loud. The TV had a burned out pixel area on the side.
