Smelled horrible!! Roaches everywhere!

Had one of the best life experiences. With reservation and after a long day, we arrived almost at midnight to check in. Around 10 were next to the building’s door drinking, smoking and had high volume music. At check in, we were told the room was dirty, the receptionist was kind to drop tasks, grabbed a mop and went to get it cleaned. Waiting, we met a cop that was excited to have a side hustle providing security to the hotel. He explained the people outside had no place to live, therefore lived there. Also told us that besides ocasional problems, the place was calmed. A dude with reservation showed and was told there weren’t available rooms and canceled for him. This made me realize I was fortunate besides the wait. Finally walking to the room we noticed happy kids playing in the hall ways. The smell around was unpleasant. I started showing frustration, my girlfriend did not get involved and went to sleep. Next morning, the pressure to get out made us arrive early to Starbucks and avoid a huge crowd that arrived just after us. We were able to visit Ruby Falls on time and safely arrived home early. Among these experiences, we realized we need to improve our planning to avoid similar experiences. We we’ll not pick a hotel in the same category again in addition to not recommend it to anyone. My girlfriend is proud of her self after getting challenged and being able to maintain compassion and understanding. We’re so thankful with the lessons learned that we’ll go w 5 stars.

Upon driving up to this hotel, there were children playing all over the parking lot with families having barbecues and drug deals going down on the side.
The front lobby had non guests in it all sitting watching cartoons, yelling, screaming with ripped clothes and shower caps. They seem to belong to the lady working behind the front counter.
The room itself was beyond repair. There were bugs on the floors. The bathroom countertop was falling off. It was a smoking room. There was nowhere to put the toilet paper as the holder was broken.
The discoloration of the walls, and the smell from the cigarettes was horrible.
There was a shooting about 3 AM. The people upstairs were extremely loud all night, dragging chairs, and walking with heels on the fake hardwood floor.
7:15 an went to Check out the lobby was locked
Another lady said she’s been waiting for 15 minutes. Then one of the residents I guess of the building who stays there said they usually don’t show up until 830.
I threw my key inside the door and left.

This was a roach infestation not enough linen or towels food left in the refrigerator roaches and flies dead around the vanity sink animal paws all over the mattress cover and bodily fluids on the curtains and the bathroom walls. The first shift manager I forgot the young lady's name she was African-American & was very nice very understanding she was the best one out of the experience for my family. I do appreciate being advised that I will be refunded for one of my rooms.

It is a roach infested hotel that needs shutting down..they should not be renting rooms under those conditions.it was terrible all in the bathroom in the tub on sinks and in the bed omg walls everywhere a whole family reunion..I do not recommend this hotel

I’m not that fussy, but there isn’t enough room in this field to tell you everything that was wrong with our stay there. The place was run down, and the basic amenities were not provided. The written list I gave management was ignored. And yes, there were cockroaches.

The morning staff at check out never got off of their (singular) personal phone call. The room itself was "clean looking" but the roaches said otherwise. I was afraid to bring any of my stuff into the room. I am glad my family only stayed the one night and I will NEVER stay there again.

We booked our stay thru Expedia so I. We roll at 10 pm to be told by the hotel they didn't have us a room, Didn't even bother helping us out even though it was 10 pm and we were out of towners. Now w no place to stay

The building where we stayed was in poor condition. People were yelling and slamming doors all hours of the night. The rings were supposed to be non-smoking, but we could smell "adult" smoke through the hallway. Several people loitering outside at all hours. Someone was actually passed out on the flower bed outside the main door.

This Hotel 6 is one of the worst places to ever exist. The walls the floors and the room of 238 was disgusting. Like open the door and roaches fall out. Like drug trafficking all night. I should be entitled to some kind of refund.

This motel is disgusting. Do not stay here. Bugs, filthy, rude front desk clerk, people fighting and screaming and slamming doors. Cops in the parking lot. I made it 15 minutes and left.

If you’re desperate for a place to stay it gets the job done. Super friendly staff at the front desk, but the bath towels had hair and black marks all over them. The halls also smelled horrible, BUT it got the job done.

If you don’t mind cockroaches, sticky and dirty floors, linens that were questionable and you literally need a super cheap place to fall asleep for a few hours. It functions in that capacity. Thank God for my cat, he ate a a buffet of roaches for us.

It was good service and everyone was nice, but when I got there. It was very, very dirty. I understand if they weren’t able to get to it, but that’s pretty dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, even the air unit was covered in black stuff and everything came off with one which cleaning….so it wouldn’t have even taken the professional housekeeping to clean it. Once again a nice stay, but cleaning needs to revamped.

I Reserved a smoking room. The whole purpose of Reserving something is to hold it for you . My room was given to someone else and I was stuck in a no smoking room. Staff made no effort to accommodate just told me "Well, you weren't here when they came in and wanted a smoking room: That is the purpose of Reserving. People smoking pot inside non smoking rooms but cigarettes no. Pot smells like Skunk. You can't miss it But that second hand smoke or smell is tolerable. Constant slamming doors, stomping up and down hall, and hollering at one another across the halls all night long.

It was terrible!!! The worst place i have ever stayed in my life! The staff was ok they couldn't help it most of it was out of their control.
This place truly needs to be torn down and rebuilt (or not) It's super nasty. The hall ways smell like pee and other foul odors. There were drug addicts outside strung out and smoking. Our kids were scared and so was I, definitely not fit for families. There were noises and activity way past midnight; people talking loud and arguing. Random people knocking on random bedroom doors. The rooms were supposed to be 'non-smoking' and our room reeked like cigarette smoke and roach poop, nasty, foul, filth! I was also awoken by sounds of people swimming at 3:30am. And the best part... you ready for it?.... there were ROACHES crawling everywhere!!! They were all different small in size but ROACHES non the less!!! Couldn't sleep just thinking they'd crawl up on my children or myself while asleep. We got two rooms and they both had the TV on when we opened it, later we found it was done for the light, as the roaches wont come out when there's movement. Went to the bathroom and turned on the light and the roaches all ran for hiding!!! It was disgusting! It was the worse night ever and it was way too late for us to go somewhere else as we had just driven 8 hours and were super tired and we still had to continue to drive the next day another 6 hours to get home. It was torture to feel tired and know you wouldn't get the rest you needed.

It started out just fine. The longer I was there the further downhill it went. First the tv remote went south, and here's the worst of it. I asled for a 7:30 wakeup, which never happened. I had people coming from Cartersville, Georgia to pick me up. I was hoping to be able to get something to eat before they got here. Not going to happen.

A great price for a simple place. The night staff did a fine job of ironing out a few issues we had right away. I think this is a good deal for the bargain shopper.

My worst experience utilizing a motel, roach infested drug uses Roman about the property I’ve been in law-enforcement for close to 28 years let me tell you my police radar went off immediately upon arrival

This was the most disgusting hotel that I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. Do not stay here. Ever. Pay more money for somewhere else. Holes in the curtains. Stains on the bed comforter. Random lighters hidden. Holes in the walls. The toilet didn’t even work. People banging all night long. I’m Glad we survived, honestly. Pray we didn’t leave with a disease.

THIS EXPERIENCE WAS BAD, I’VE ONLY HAD ONE PLACE WORST THAN THIS THAT I’VE COME ACROSS. THE SHEETS HAD STAINS IN THEM, NO PILLOWCASES ON ANY OF THE PILLOWS, AND THE CHAIRS IN THE ROOM WERE BUSTED UP. MY FRIEND SAT IN THE CHAIR THAT DIDN’T LOOK AS BUSTED, TO ONLY HAVE IT COLLAPSE. CALLED UP FRONT, THEY SAID THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY, BUT 15 MINS LATER I WALK UP THERE TO SEE THEM TALKING CASUALLY TO A FRIEND. I ASKED FOR A REFUND (WHICH I’M STILL WAITING ON), AND LEFT.
