You are walking distance to everything restaurants, cafes, shopping, parks and Deerfield beach Fishing Pier! We offer a free beach chairs ,umbrellas and beach towels , for a small amount money you can rent bikes from us and hop on for a ride! Enjoy a beautiful view of pool and courtyard Colorful Beach towels -Bath Towels, hand towels & washcloths with bar soap & shampoo/conditioner ,Iron and Ironing Board -Hair Dryer -Free high speed internet throughout the building and ceiling fans The car is not necessary ,but there is on parking spot assign for each condo Ft Lauderdale Airport is 30 min drive from the condo and Miami everglades park is about one hour drive, we are located just one mile south from Boca Raton Mizner Park is jus 10 min drive from the condo ,same Boca Parks red reef park, Spanish River Park, Gumbo Limbo and South Beach Park are less then 10 min ride by car or 15-20 min bike ride There are 10 restaurant walking distance from the Condo.

First of all let me say our view was excellent and better than we thought it would be...our unit had ocean view from living room window. The bedroom had 2 big beds a dresser and a nighstand...WAY too much furniture for a room so small...hard to walk and no place for luggage, couldn't easily get into dresser. Bathroom sink had black all under rim. Walls were patched but not repainted. Windows needed washed so you could see the amazing views. The worst issue was only one smoke detector in the whole unit and the battery was dead. The first night was sleepless. The host told me it worked fine for previous tennant and was hardwired so no battery to go dead....this was not true. We were in the area visiting family so regardless of some issues we did enjoy our stay.

This was our second stay at this property and we absolutely loved it! The location so close to the beach, the pool clean and warm, the unit clean and nicely equipped for our stay. We love it here and without a doubt, we will be back!!

My son and I really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, and the location was great. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and the beach was not very crowded. The condo was perfect for us, really nicely renovated with all that you could need. The pool was nice and the parking spot very convenient. It was very easy to communicate with the host and if we ever make it back to Deerfield beach, I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment! Everything you need for a stay by the beach; beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels! Apartment was so clean and comfortable. The pool is cool, clean and never crowded! But the best part is the location!!! You are literally a two minute walk to the beach. So many restaurants nearby also. We’ll definitely be back soon!

We stayed at the property 6/16- 6/19/23. The property was in a great location…only a few steps to the beach. The property was clean and updated. The beach was perfect, not crowded and clean. The area is very walkable. It was a mile to walk to the pier, restaurants and shops. We also used the pool which was also well maintained. We will definitely keep this on our list of places to revisit !

This was my first VRBO and I was apprehensive if the property would match the description . The unit was spotless and matched the description to the tee. . We were able to walk to the beach and go to local restaurants without even getting in the car. The pool was very nice and had the opportunity to strike up conversations with other guests. Will definately rebook.

From start to finish this was great, the communication from Gino was fantastic, the apartment was just exactly as listed, the place was spotless on arrival and has everything you need for a vacation. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking, it’s not far from the beach and has a heated pool which again was spotless clean with sun loungers and chairs and bbq if you wanted to use. About a steady 25 minutes walk on the sea front to town where the restaurants and shops are, or a 35 minute walk over the inlet to the cove shopping area with more restaurants. All in all we loved our stay, we had perfect weather too. Thanks to Gino for letting us rent his lovely property for two weeks 👍❤️

Very clean and it matched the pictures which was great. Convenient to the beach and about a 15 minute walk along the boardwalk to all the restaurants. It was great having the pool and a dedicated parking spot too. We would most certainly stay again.

This Deerfiled Beach condo was more than we were expecting. The property is clean and well kept and the pool area is peaceful and inviting. Our parking spot was large enough to get in and out of with luggage easily and steps to the condo. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Accessibility with a door code was simple and safe. We loved how close the beach and restuarants and shops were, easily walkable. The condo is close enough to the hub of everything to easily walk, yet distant enough to be very peaceful at night and in the morning. Communication with our host was fantastic. We will definitely return! :)

We stayed at this location from 3/5 until 3/19, 2022. It’s the perfect location with a very short walk to the beach. The property was super clean and the check in process very smooth with no problems. The apartment is newly updated and very comfortable with beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers for your drinks. Plenty of hangers for your cloths. The pool was maintained very nicely with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. We really enjoyed being there with two exceptions. The first is they do allow pets so if you get a family with a barker, and if that type of noise doesn’t bother you then no problem. The second thing is during the day there is quite a bit of car traffic on the road but at night it quiets right down for sleeping. All in all we enjoyed being there and would highly recommend for a beach vacation.
