The apartment is modern and well equipped, and spacious enough for a short stay. The beds were comfortable, as was the sitting/dining room. We also liked the location which is surrounded by trees, with many paths for walks or cycling. There's a good supermarket, cafe and banks only 5 min walk away, and you can catch buses or a train from near there.
It only has one bathroom which meant our family of four had to plan when to use it for showering etc in the morning & evening. Other issues were: the extractor fan above the cooker only extracted air to the cupboard above the fan, not to the outside so the smell of cooking stayed in the kitchen; the toaster lever did not stay down when pressed, so we had to manually hold down the lever to operate it. Also, the fridge was too cold so some fruit we left there got part-frozen.

Het appartement was ruim. Met grote kamers en bedden. Badkamer met een groot ligbad en douche samen. Er was zeker voldoende ruimte om tot rust te komen na een lange autoreis.
-Er waren voor het appartement wel vele parkeerplekken maar daarentegen ook vele flats en mensen met auto's. Dus als je vroeg komt rond 16.30 uur heb je nog een paar plekken om te kiezen. Máár wanneer je dan 's avonds ergens gaat uit eten en je neemt de auto, bij terugkomst zijn de plekken bezet.
-Het was begin augustus erg heet in Karlsruhe en in het appartement was het 29 graden Celsius. En er was maar 1 Ventilator aanwezig.

Spacious apartment and pretty clean
Quite dated and a lot broken, needs a refurbishment, when we arrived we couldnt find the flat/apartment, all the doors were the same and were worried we may be trying someone elses home, quite a scary area with children and felt a bit scared when we arrived, no lifts so quite a trek with a family. WiFi code didnt work on any of them, host didnt respond. Shower was cold, no heat at all, tried checking the box but was showing it was on.
