About this house rental
Nestled in Frederica, this lovely house for $200 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This 3-bedroom 1 bath home has room for one or two families to spread out and take advantage of the short drive to all Delaware attractions including the DE Turf fields, beaches, Dover Downs and many more. It is adjacent to our home in a quiet community. This home offers an eat-in kitchen and dining area to seat at least 6-8 family members. 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds fill the spacious bedrooms. All modern amenities available. The space Our home is adjacent to the listed property in a quiet neighborhood. The Frederica Family Home has a basement for kids to play fuse ball and ping pong. There is plenty of open space to walk your pet. Frederica is a classic river town at its core. Home of the new sports complex, Delaware Turf. Frederica is a quaint idyllic spot to escape for a moment of quiet reflection by the water. It is nicknamed Frogtown because of its location near the wetlands (and their amphibian residence). Frederica is a former port site that has evolved into a charming Delaware village with gorgeous nature views and a warm welcoming community. Guest access Our guests will be able to access the entire house with plenty of parking. The garage is not available. Other things to note: Trash and recycle are collected at approximately 6:00 am on Mondays. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm-8:00 am. Checkout is at 11:00 am. Please leave keys on the kitchen table, lock all the doors and take out trash. The house has a security camera attached to the garage.

This home was perfect for our family. It was spotless and stocked full of amenities. Very comfortable stay and easy trip to visit patient in Milford hospital. My dog loved the backyard and ability to come with us on trip. Would highly recommended this property.

We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and this place is nice and close to to turf fields. House was roomy enough for our family with 3 bedrooms.

We came to Delaware to celebrate my niece's graduation from Cesar Rodney High School (Go, Riders!) and rented the home for an extended weekend. This house is located in Federica, about 20 mins away from Camden.
The house was clean and tidy, and we appreciated the K-cups for coffee, laundry detergent, snacks, and condiments already stocked in the house for our use. Just like being at home.
Anita was very attentive making sure we had everything for our stay. We need to come back in two years for the next nieces' graduation, and I would absolutely rent this house again!

The house is exactly as described and pictured. The owners, who manage the property, are what every property manager should aspire to be. This was by far the best set up and organized rental I've seen. Everything was well very well documented, including little signs and notes to make everything easy.
If you are looking at this house, you're probably playing at DE Turf. It's incredibly convenient for that.
I was really blown away at what a good job the owners did here. Even labels on light switches! Very good.

We came to saty for a soccer tournament at DE Turf. The house/property was well maintained and clean, check in/out was easy and my daughter loved the basement with the foosball and ping pong table! We had a nice stay and if we ever come back for another tournament we'll try to book this place again.

This was both the first time we rented this home and the first time we rented with VRBO and it was a wonderful experience from reservation to stay to check out. Anita is very kind and responsive and I appreciate her willingness to work with us on our stay. The property is very clean and well equipped and backs to a small wooded area and farm land. It is a beautiful scene to wake up to and our dogs loved exploring the large back yard. We loved the quiet and all of the stars we could see at night. The beds are comfortable and my son, our dogs, and I all slept extremely well. Anita very kindly left some special treats for us which was appreciated. It was very accessible to a number of Delaware attractions.

Nice family getaway
We had a nice stay at this place. We were just looking to get away for a few days and this house was a nice place to stay. I appreciated that let’s were allowed. Internet worked great. It had all the amenities we needed to cook meals which was great. I loved that the owner provided k-cups for the kurig. We brought coffee so the k-cups came in handy!! The house is right on a main road but we didn’t hear the traffic through the night so that was good. The Italian restaurant down the street was amazing. The airplane museum was awesome.

We have stayed at this lovely house several times. Anita is super responsive to emails and really helpful, and this cute cottage is really clean and convenient. Bedrooms are set up well for single parents traveling with one kid each, and the house has everything we need. Many thanks for making this available to families!!

Comfortable Home

Staying here felt like home. It’s a super clean 60’s style house with lots of homey touches: extra blankets, comfortable beds, coffee, creamer, chocolate and snacks. The kitchen is well stocked – better than most we have rented. We cooked dinner for 6 without an issue, and we were able to eat together in the dining room using 2 kitchen chairs. Outside there is a picnic table as well as 4 Adirondack chairs. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with very few cars. It’s a great place to relax and unwind. We enjoyed our time here.

Anita is a great host
Anita is a fantastic host and the house setup is perfect for our needs while playing @ the DE turf. My son left airpods in his room and Anita was quick to send ship them back to my house. If you are playing at DE Turf, this is the place to stay.

So close to the fields. Was able to make it back and rest in AC for 20-30 minutes when we had just a hour break.
Property is as it looks in the pictures: not updated with modern decorating, but more than adequate for a stay.

This the house was extremely clean and well taken care of. The owners are very kind and helpful. They even came and salted the walkway for us, which we were very grateful for since wed have no way to do it ourselves. Def will go back when we are in the area again!!

Great home to rent with a circular driveway and large.back yard. Good quality new furniture and bedding. Central AC works perfectly! Quiet neighborhood - street is busy during the day. Ownes are very helpful and close, even left a Welcome Basket!
