The Space:
Welcome to Casa de Sueno, a spacious 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath waterfront home on the bay side of Little Torch Key. Set on a double lot with 120 feet of seawall, a private pool and excellent boating access via Pine Channel, this home offers plenty of room for up to 10 guests to settle in and enjoy a month or more in the Lower Keys.
Outdoor Living
One of the best features of Casa de Sueno is the amount of space to enjoy outdoors. A large covered patio creates a true outdoor living and dining area, with comfortable seating, ceiling fans and plenty of shade for relaxing throughout the day.
Just beyond, the private pool is surrounded by additional seating and plenty of room to soak up the Florida Keys sunshine. Fire up the gas grill for dinner outside or simply settle in with a cold drink after a day on the water.
The pool is equipped with a heater/chiller, available for an additional charge of approximately $400 per month. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off after the pool or boat.
Bring the Boat
Boaters will appreciate the 120-foot seawall, fish-cleaning station and water and power at the dock. From the property, Pine Channel provides convenient access toward both the Gulf and Atlantic, with Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary a short boat ride away.
Boat access includes one bridge with approximately 17 feet of clearance. Guests should verify that their vessel is appropriate for the route and local water conditions.

Casa de Sueno offers an open, comfortable layout with multiple places for everyone to gather — or spread out — during a longer stay.
The spacious kitchen is designed for a full house, with generous counter space, stainless steel appliances and a long breakfast bar with seating for five. Multiple dining and living areas provide plenty of flexibility for meals, games, TV time or simply relaxing at home.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bathroom and flat-screen TV. A second main-level bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The five bedrooms include one king bed, three queen beds and a full bed with a twin trundle. All guest bedrooms have flat-screen Smart TVs.
Little Torch Key
Casa de Sueno offers a quieter Lower Keys setting while keeping you within easy reach of Big Pine Key for groceries, restaurants and everyday necessities. By boat, the location provides convenient access to some of the Lower Keys' best fishing, diving and snorkeling waters.
Good to Know
This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per Monroe County ordinance. The primary guest must sign a rental agreement. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 10 people, and all overnight guests need to be registered with the property manager.
There's a monthly cap on electric of $400 and water/sewer of $300, with usage above those amounts charged to the guest.
No smoking. Up to two dogs are permitted with manager approval and a $250 nonrefundable fee per pet.
