Completely updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 1000 square foot oceanfront condo on the 4th floor. Property includes 2 pools, kiddie pools, clubhouse, shuffle board courts and outdoor grill area. Views of the Atlantic Ocean from the master bedroom and covered balcony. The unit has 4 beds and is fully furnished and turn-key. Located just south of Chase's on the no-drive side of the beach, the unit is convenient to shops, stores and dining. 5 minutes away from nightlife on Flagler Avenue. * The seawall is currently under construction but there is still beach access.

When we arrived, the apartment was not cleaned. Apparently there was some miscommunication with cleaning service. But within one hour cleaning ladies arrived and did a very good job cleaning everything. Apartment itself is good, right on the beach. Kitchen cabinets definitely need upgrade and some better organization. But overall it was a good stay.

Excellent stay in NSB. Condo has everything you would need. It was more like staying at a friend's house than a hotel, etc. Very warm and inviting!

Condo was clean and spacious. Enjoyed sitting on the patio or walking to the beach to see the sunset and sunrise.
