All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Special mention to Giovanni and the server and chef from the restaurant (sorry I’ve forgotten their names). The pool is lovely and deserted for most of the day. Plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner was superb. Lunches around the pool were also freshly made and generous. Wine selection not huge but excellent anyway. Great sunsets. Room very clean and bed comfortable.
The property is quite remote so if you don’t want to drive at night you have to dine in. We stayed 3 nights and did this every night but chef was very talented so not a problem. The room was quite small and old fashioned but this ties in with what the Borgo is.

Everything! The warm welcome, complete with drink and lovely tour of the Borgo, the wine terrace where you can star gaze after dinner and see the Milky Way so clearly, the little gifts of hand made soaps in our room, the sustainability ethos, the pool (with incredible sunsets) the food, the lovely touches like coffee brought to the room on a little vintage tray in pretty cups. Marianna is an excellent communicator and her team bend over backwards to ensure your stay is special. I highly recommend!

Just about everything! It's a magical place, a get away that will allow you to enter into a deep relaxation.
