I loved the location the accommodation was absolutely amazing and the staff were wonderful.

The 2nd room they offered us
Lovely sea view
A beautiful sunrise 🌅 from our bed
The restaurant meal in the evening

Young staff, all very pleasant and helpful
The 1st room they gave us (furthest from fire door and any exit ... even though we had specified upon booking our wish and need to have a room near a lift or stairs due to our mobility issues)
The room had a dormer ceiling and a view of the side of a building very close to the window, it was very unpleasant and claustrophobic
The amount of uneven and unsafe steps all through the building
Shower in the bath
Shower curtain (an outdated and unhygienic arrangement)
The hot and cold sink taps were faulty, we brought this to the manager's attention before we left
The necessity to demand from us a £100 sterling holding fee on our visa card in case of any damages
