Das könnte eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung sein! Sie ist nett und großzügig - aber so dreckig, (nein, Herr Postler, das liegt sicher nicht nur an der neuen Putzfrau.) Die Fenster und Fensterbänke wurden sehr lange nicht mehr geputzt, den Blick unter und hinter das Sofa sollte man sich auch lieber sparen. Der "Schuhschrank" (leider nicht tief genug, dass man Schuhe reinstellen kann) kippt, wenn man die Türe öffnet. Vorsicht mit Kleinkindern! Im Bad fällt eine Schranktüre fast ab. Im Wohnzimmer wurde ein Nieschenregal abgebaut, die Löcher verspachtelt - die Wandfarbe zum Überstreichen war wohl gerade nicht zur Hand.
Zur Küche:
Ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, toller Milchschäumer. Eine hochwertige Kaffeemaschine mit ganzen Bohnen, deren Wassertank wir leider nicht so sauber gekriegt haben, dass wir daraus einen Kaffee trinken wollten. Schade! Auch hier: schon ewig nicht mehr gereinigt worden!
Die Stecker des Handrührers sind verbogen.
Im Kühlschrank haben wir noch ein paar Lebensmittel von früheren Gästen gefunden. Ein geöffnetes Glas Irgendwas, vollkommen ohne Beschriftung, Eier, gefrorenes Gemüse, weißes Gebrösel in den Schubfächern. Der absolute Abschuss war ein Glas Rindergulasch - seit fast 5 Monaten abgelaufen!! Warum nur???
Für unseren Sohn haben wir um ein Reisebett gebeten, das war vorhanden inkl. Kissen und Decke. Leider komplett ohne Bezüge! Antwort des Vermieters auf die Frage, wo wir Bezüge herbekommen: KEINE. Er hat die zweite Nachfrage, geschrieben am 1.8., überhaupt erst am 10. August gelesen. Telefonisch war er leider auch nicht erreichbar.
Die Schiebetüre zum - in in unserem Fall Kinderzimmer - klemmt so sehr, dass wir sie offen lassen mussten, weil unsere 4jährige nachts sonst nicht rausgekommen wäre.
Zu unserer Überraschung befindet sich unter der FeWo eine Kellerbar. Die geflieste Treppe ist zwar mit einem Treppenschutz gesichert, allerdings erst ab der 2. Stufe.
Und wenn wir schon beim Thema Stufen sind: davon gibt es auch zwei in der Wohnung, die in der Anzeige nicht ersichtlich sind. Und diese sind unterschiedlich hoch und meiner Meinung nach sehr gefährlich, gerade für Kleinkinder. Wir haben deshalb nachts immer eine Lampe brennen lassen.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat, die ebenfalls nicht in der Anzeige ersichtlich, einen Glaseinsatz in der Türe. Für lichtempfindliche Schläfer wie mich sind die letzten Punkte in Kombination dann also ziemlich schlafraubend.
