Sehr gute Lage, da nur ca. 250 m von der Neuen Residenz und von der Innenstadt entfernt. Eine gute einheimische Gaststätte nur 50 m entfernt.

Uns war es wichtig, eine große Wohnung mit 3 getrennten Schlafzimmern im Zentrum von Bamberg zu haben. Dies wurde uns geboten. Zudem gibt es einen sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter.
Das es keinen Duschvorhang gab.

Sehr nah an der Altsstadt. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Parkplatz inklusive. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Klopapier vorhanden (nicht selbst verständlich!)
So sauber der Boden war, so dreckig war die Decke und Wände. Alles voller Spinnenweben. Nicht nur in den Ecken. Die Wände und Decken brauchen dringend einen Anstrich. Die Matratze vom Bett war extrem durchgelegen. Diese muss dringend erneuert werden. Das optionale Schlafsofa für die dritte Person ist keine wirkliche Schlafmöglichleit. Fenster im Wohnzimmer ließen sich nicht verdunkeln. Ich würde die Wohnung wenn nur zu zweit nutzen . Die Wohnung ist ok, aber für den Preis erwarte ich mehr Komfort und mehr Sauberkeit.
