Stefan made a special trip to make sure we had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Very relaxing with the sound of the river.
A 5-10 minute drive from town but we knew that when it was booked.

Beautiful property. Great directions made it easy to find. Everything was clean and ready to go for our arrival. There was sufficient space for the four of us adult-sized folks and our luggage to spread out a bit. We also appreciated that it had everything we needed to make our own meals and clean up afterwards.
There is nothing that we didn’t like. One small suggestion though: as can be expected along a river in summer, there were quite a few gnats by the water. It would be wonderful if there were screens over the cottage’s windows. The gnats sensed us inside the cottage and came after us! It was a bit comical as we suddenly noticed we were all swatting at them in the middle of dinner. The cottage does have an air conditioner so we closed the windows, turned it on, and eventually all was comfortable.
