A separate bar area with a built in ice maker and refrigerator, opens to the covered outdoor summer kitchen with a built-in gas grill. This multi-purpose outdoor area has something for everyone as you dine on a great family size table, snuggle by a cozy fireplace, watch TV and relax on the lounge furniture. Take the stairs to the second floor where all the bedrooms are located. The three luxurious oceanfront bedrooms with sliding doors open to a fifty foot long covered balcony with amazing ocean views. Three of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom with double sink, shower and walk in closet. Sleeping accommodations are one King bedroom, one bedroom with two Queen beds and one bedroom with two standard beds. Traveling with kids? They will love the great open area on the second floor with two Murphy Beds, wide screen TV and a full bathroom with tub and shower. A sunset balcony on the south side of the second floor provides a viewing area of the breathtaking sunrises over the ocean and the tranquil sunsets over the intracoastal.
