Very clean and quiet, however there were not many people during our stay; our room was on the first floor so I would expect more noise when there are more occupants upstairs as all the floors are hard; we had one upstairs neighbor and we could hear the walking very well... The appliances were excellent and everything worked fine. We had separate bathrooms and bedrooms, and everything was comfortable. The apartment is very spacious overall. The location is OK and well within walking distance to many restaurants (about 10'). Parking is available on the next block for $10/day. The virtual desk option worked extremely well when it comes to information and preparing for the stay,

Garage door below room was loud, operated often, vibrated enough to feel it. Tub drained very slowly.

only complaint is that internet was very slow, so made it hard to work online, either than that it’s was great living space.

Location to Hyvee was perfect. Glad we were on the 1st floor.

Advertises to sleep 6 but there was a couch that seated two where do the other 4 sit. Chairs were wooden. We had guests to come over before the event and we couldn't sit together. One of the twin beds was ROCK hard. We used a blow up bed instead. Your shower was slippery, my mom is 81 and had no grab bar. I was scared. You need a place to hang towels, hooks maybe. Your drawers do not stay closed and would pop out and hit our hands. I think you need more TVs for the bedrooms to provide separation and more convenience. Communicate with Booking.com. I had two Reservations and your two entities did not speak to each other so after being told to disregard auto emails that we were to check-out, the cleaning staff still entered our room to clean for the very quick turnover that didn't exist.

Modern space with all the amenities. Felt like home even while traveling.
