Nice location with a supermarket, tram/bus stop next to it. Perfect for a 1-2nights stay
The stairs were dirty and smelly possible due to no cleaning for quite some weeks! There was a weird guy trying to tailgate the customers.

Great location, very close to the city center and the stadium. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Shops and restaurants were also nearby, making everything easily accessible.
The tram passed right next to the window and was very loud, making it hard to sleep. The walls were thin, and I could hear someone moving furniture in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, these noises disturbed my rest.

Checking-in was easy and parking a car is no problem. If you want to use public transport then you are good because the tram stops almost next to the location (This is also a minor because of the vibrations and noice of those trams from 07.00 until late at night)
We had a 56% discount and even then the price was overdone for what you get. The room is nice, the bed is good, the bathroom is fair but, the location is in an urban area far from the centre, the facilities (waterheater, coffey/tea, smart TV (local programs) are missing, no AC (room is warm and an open window is no option because of the tram noice and you are next to the road. Its an ok place for a night but the price does not match.
