We were told the breakfast was not free, and in fact was rather expensive.
There was no hot water for a bath in the evening, just luke warm.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had in Korea.
For an expensive room it was actually quite small, but the thing that really upset me was having to pay extra for the pool! Booking.com showed that you have to pay extra to use it, but I thought that surely that only applies to people who arent staying here but NO! I paid a lot for my room and they wanted ₩12,000 extra per person to swim! I refused to pay that just to swim at the hotel I am staying in. It should be included in the room rate.
