Die Aussicht war wirklich toll, das Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Waschmaschine, die super war. Einen Trockner gibt es gegen Aufpreis im Waschsalon im Hotel, Waschmittel kostenpflichtig an der Rezeption.
Es gibt eine Küche im Zimmer, die nicht genutzt werden darf, außerdem gibt es keine Utensilien wie Gläser, Becher etc. und auch auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption gibt es keine Gläser :-( Generell müsste das Personal etwas geschult werden. Das englisch ist wirklich kaum brauchbar und auch der Servicegedanke fehlt leider. Das Hotel wirkt wirklich vornehm, entpuppt sich aber als kleine Mogelpackung, da die Standards nicht zum Aussehen passen.

- Location ; lots of buses or taxies to reach several tourist area (beach, Seorak Mountain, etc......)
- Easy Access to Sokcho Market, beach, seafood restaurants, etc....
- Clean & comfort room, large closet, wonderful Chungcho Lake View !
- Low water pressure of the rainwater shower head

The hotel is situated right next to a major street with many buses going by, so easy to get around. We had a room with view on the ocean, which was nice.
The bed was so uncomfortable. Just awful, slept badly every single night. Breakfast staff are super nice, but the food is a big meh. Coldish eggs, meat in every warm dish (not so good for a vegetarian), cheap bread, jams. Oh, and although you will have a kitchen, you are not allowed to cook, and will only be supplied with two cups.
It's too bad the hotel is too cheap to invest a bit more: comfort mattress pad, a little extras at the breakfast...

Breakfast was good. Over priced for what you get but good.
Staff weren’t available all day, and limited in English skills. But kind and happy to help when they understood what was happening.
AC remotes were removed from rooms for some dumb reason, and the heater was not controllable. I literally slept with the door open because of how hot the room was.
