This small but spacious studio apartment offers an open living room, kitchen and bedroom space. You will sleep in a cozy king size bed or on the comfortable sofa bed which is outfitted with a La-Z-Boy queen size SlumberAir mattress.

Cozy, comfortable, clean room. Parking on site. Downtown a short walk. The host made regular contact to make sure all our needs were met and any questions were answered. Good stay in Bentonville!

Very close to historic downtown Bentonville. Appreciated the short walking distance. Rental had everything we needed. Comfortable bed! Glad it had storage for our bikes.Backyard had great potential..just needed a little love.

The space was great! We thoroughly enjoyed this homey, cute area. We didn't use our car all weekend because we could walk to everything. We would love to come stay again.
