Staff was great especially the maids
Dirty elevator, kids in the pool at 2 am, stairs were very dirty and trash all over, outside by the grills was dirty with cigarette butts all over. Not much breakfast left at 8:30 on Monday morning. No eggs left and just a few potatoes . Our room key didn’t work half the time told the front desk said they looked at it but it was still doing it and it’s a long walk back to the front desk

Location.
Lack of towel hooks in the bathroom. (Not a good idea if you are supposed to reuse your ((wet)) towel for 2 days- due to “conserving water, energy, etc). Had to ask for coffee pod replacement as housekeeping does not clean/refresh stock every day. Too many teens running up and down the hallways day and night. Breakfast room was terrible- furniture was worn out. Not very clean. Poor breakfast options. (What was left- replenishment did not take place)
