About this house rental
Nestled in Guia, this charming house for $389 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Very quiet with every possible comfort and close to São Rafael Beach and Albufeira Marina. Urbanization roads where the dwelling is located are only used by residents and visitors. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It has a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a private pool and outdoor deck area with wood and natural grass. It also has a barbecue and outdoor shower. The pool has a glass protection for children. In July and August, rental periods are subject to Saturday to Saturday bookings. EXTRA OPTION - Heated pool: must be requested up to 15 days before your arrival. You can add this extra for just €175 per week. Groups of young people are not allowed to have parties on the property.

This was the perfect place for us. We stayed two months and felt like being at home with benefits.
Pedro is a wonderful host and very responsive. Anything we needed was provided for without hesitation. The house and pool were cleaned weekly and everything was perfect.
Our children and grandchildren came for 7 to 10 day visits. They had a super time swimming in the pool and enjoying the close proximity to some great Algarve beaches.
We cooked many meals in the well equipped kitchen, and the owner gladly bought new frying pans upon request.
We would not hesitate to recommend this VRBO. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is a short drive to the bus and train stations as well as grocery stores and many places of interest.

This property is nice but definitely needs some work. A small welcome booklet would be really useful for the property with details of general information for the villa and the area. Smart TV is stated on the description, the TV is not a smart TV but this didn't affect us. The pool is not in great condition, there are alot of broken/missing tiles and the net for the pool was broken which make it quite difficult to get little bugs and tiles out of the pool. There was only 1 remote for the aircon to cover all 3 bedrooms. We had 7 pillows between 4 adults and all apart from one barely resembled a pillow. We only had 1 set of bath towels for our whole stay (7 days) and the bath towel would barely cover a child. The drainage smell throughout the property is quite unpleasent at times. We had a car so this meant we could easily get about to explore the beautiful area, a car is a must for this Villa as it is on top of a very steep hill. A few little extra touches and closer attention to cleaning would of made all the difference. Unfortunately we wouldnt stay here again.

This is a lovely house, it is very well presented and stocked. Everything we needed was included and the pool was perfect. Pedro was easy to contact and very helpful. Quiet location, perfect if you have a car.

Tolles und modernes Ferienhaus
Wenn man einen Mietwagen hat, erreicht man in ca. 5 Min den wunderschönen Strand Sao Rafael und viele andere Strände sind auch nicht weit. Das lebendige Zentrum von Albufeira ist auch nicht weit. Das Haus ist sehr modern, großzügig und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Auch die Internetanbindung ist hervorragend.

Stunning place and super clean
The place is more beautiful than pictured and has everything you need. If you are English the English channels start from channel 60 on the box. Pedro was always very quick to reply to messages. Lovely host. Only complaint is that the pillows are flat and lumpy. Only one pillow was firm and it was left by another guest. Overall we would definitely stay there again.

The towels were small and grey. I think the bed linens, pillows and towel issues are down to the service company used by the owner. Unfortunately because of these issues we would not choose to stay there again. The host, Pedro was quick to respond to our questions as there was no information booklet a the property for reference.

Cette villa est absolument exceptionnelle. Elle a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour de rêve :
- Grandeur de la maison et de chaque pièce
- Équipements de la maison (cuisine où il ne manque rien pour faire à manger en toutes circonstances : plats, casseroles, poêles, 2 machines à café, lave linge, lave vaisselle….)
- Service fourni (draps, serviettes …)
- Piscine privée
- Table de jardin + salon de jardin …
- Une terrasse privée dans chaque chambre
Pour nous, tout a été parfait !
De plus, Pedro est disponible très facilement en cas de besoin.
Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique !!

Hyggeligt og veldisponeret, dog lidt slidt. Med alle faciliteter (manglede dog en el-keddel - til gengæld var der 2 kaffe/Espresso kapsel maskiner. Og hvorfor kun et lille skærebræt?)Vandet i poolen var temmeligt koldt, havet var faktisk varmere og meget behageligt. Standene var fine, Dog de bedste krævede en bil. Dejlig ferie som vi nød i fulde drag.

Foram 7 dias de férias excelentes. A casa é impecável, bem equipada, não faltava nada, a zona da piscina é excelente as crianças adoraram, a casa fica situada numa zona muito calma e perto da praia. O proprietário muito simpático e atencioso, sempre disponível para qualquer coisa. Desfrutamos de umas férias tranquilas. Sítio para repetir para férias. Recomendo esta moradia para férias.

Moradia Albufeira
Casa espaçosa, muito agradável, bem decorada e totalmente equipada. A zona exterior também é muito acolhedora sendo a piscina privativa uma mais valia. Está localizada numa zona habitacional muito sossegada mas perto de várias praias.

A moradia em si é fantástica , casa com bastante espaço , piscina privativa , totalmente equipada todos os eletrodomésticos ao nosso dispôr , cada wc tinha disponível um secador de cabelo , cada quarto tinha uma varanda , a localização é muito boa a 13 minutos a pé fica praia são rafael de carro 3 minutos .
Ficamos bastante satisfeitos não podíamos ter escolhido melhor . Os proprietários são super atenciosos, simpáticos e deixaram-nos totalmente a vontade .
Recomendamos sem dúvida alguma esta propriedade.

séjours à 4 adultes et 3 enfants. 20 au 26.07.2020 Un autre couple avec 1 enfant aurait ou s'ajouter largement.
la maison est magnifique, très bien équipée et tres fonctionnel.
la piscine est top surtout pour les enfants par la sécurité en baie vitrée et le fait qu'ils ont pieds quelques metres avant la descente dans le grand bassin.
soleil assuré dans la piscine jusqu'à 18h.
Bien placé et dans rue très calme. la maison est conforme a la description. Pedro est disponible et reponds tres vite a nos demandes.
la plage sao rafael est magnifique. la sortie bateau pour voir les grottes et dauphins est top mais un petit bateau est beaucoup mieux pour pouvoir accéder a l'intérieur de toute les grottes.

Foi uma semana ótima, a casa está muito bem mobilada e decorada, tem imensos utensílios de cozinha, sentimo-nos literalmente em casa.
O sítio é muito sossegado e calmo, exatamente o que procurávamos. É um espaço ideal para a família.

Great holiday home
For us, the house was just perfect for spending a nice week in Portugal.
* The check-in/check-out was easy.
* The house overall was very well equipped and offered everything you need, especially the kitchen.
* A beautiful beach was accessible within a walking distance of approx. 15 mins.
* From the location of the house you could reach lots of supermarkets withing a few minutes driving by car.

The villa was ok
The house need a small touch the grass and outside areas including barbecue area a bit unclean the light at the barbecue wasn't working with makes grilling at night impossible without of mobile tourch swimming pool wasn't properly cleaned a lot of bulbs around the house are gone master bathroom very dark no proper lighting , outside furniture danger to sit specially wooden bench one light at the pool deck was not working we where very unlucky regarding the house facing the villa is getting build at the moment July 2019 there was noice all day from 7 till 5 hammers drills truck in and out etc but nothing to do with the owner but im shure it will be like that for another good few months there was an garage that was locked so you can not access it let say you come with the bikes or even store some of pool inflatables another thing that was very annoying that all the wardrobes in each room where locked up on the top with small locks hanging everywhere the wardrobes in hall where completely lock with makes it look stupid also the villa has so much drafts with makes so much noise when is a bit windy this is corner house the cabinets in master bathroom when you try to close them even gently they just bang so loud, they need stoppers the owner knew before that the electric oven was broken so only
two small gas cookers were working
with makes hard to cook home dishes backony shutter in back bathroom was not working but he didn't bother to fix it .The house is an end of terrace with next house is a bit higher so when the naigbours enjoy the pool or barbecue they just literally looking at you . Also the bad smell from pipes in bathroom downstairs is very bad .Overall good holiday location great taxi to Albufeira 10 e few bars or restaurant within walking distance around 10/15 min beach is half an hour walk
