Comfortable accommodation in the area where we wanted to stay.
We had taken our own breakfast although there were 4 small packets of cereals provided but it would have been nice to have had some milk in the fridge. The toilet seat was not a 'man friendly' seat as the seat kept falling down which needed adjustment. There was a saucepan provided without a handle which gave the impression of not being looked after. Some of the window blinds needed attention but overall the facilities were good for what we wanted.

Basic but enough for first morning
My brother found the bed very hard ended up sleeping on floor on the last night. He does have problems to begin with so it could have been him.

Perfect location for us, right in Collingham, walk to pub and co-op a short distance. Fenced garden for dogs.
Could have been a little cleaner, but overall fine. Lots of left over sauces and food in food cupboards/freezer.
