Spacious, well equipped, well positioned for local areas. Good hot tub, safe garden, adequate parking. Good communication from hosts
outside play area for children, bit detached from rest of garden, trampoline uneven on ground not suitable for small children. animal poo in garden close to hot tub, hot tub bit grubby round top. Few cobwebs found in bedroom and to bedside lampshades. Bedroom furniture a bit dated and dark.

There was space for us all, the welcome basket was a lovely idea, as was the hot tub. We and our animals felt immediately at home. Surrounding walks great too. Disability facilities in wet room was also very accessible.
Bit concerned about the dishwasher as several items needed handwashing afterwards. To be fair, it had to work hard with Christmas lunch for 9. Kitchen knives could have been a bit sharper too.
