Boating access is unsurpassed, only minutes to American Shoals and Looe Key Marine Sanctuary. If you prefer the back country, Contents Key and world class fly fishing is an easy boat ride. There is a fish cleaning table at the end of the dock when you return with your catch. Another unique feature of the Conch House is the small “beach area” where you can launch your kayak, paddle board or windsurfer. The house comes with 2 kayaks (one single, and one double) for your enjoyment. You can fish from the dock, swim in the protected boat basin and enjoy the beautiful sunrises over Pine Channel. Pine Channel is one of the cleanest and deepest channels in the lower Keys. Enjoy the warm sunshine, tropical breezes and beautiful blue green water right in your front yard.
