Location was great. It is up the hill but it’s not too bad. My family with 2 kids were able to walk up and down just fine from this location. AC was great to have as well.
Wood floor looked dated but it was fine. Dishwasher did not work but we didn’t use it at all. There were dirty dishes still in there but we just kept it closed the whole time we were there.

We stayed at Numa apartments in both Seville and Lisbon.
On the positive side, both properties were located in very good areas, which made exploring the cities convenient.
We had previously stayed at the Numa apartments in Seville a few years ago and were very impressed at the time. Unfortunately, during our recent stay, we immediately noticed that the standard of cleanliness had declined considerably.
However, our biggest disappointment with Numa is that you do not really know what kind of apartment you are going to get. The photos shown when booking may give a very different impression from the actual apartment you are assigned.
In Seville, we ended up with an apartment where the windows faced an enclosed internal patio, and one of the bedrooms had practically no access to fresh air.
Because of that experience, before our stay in Lisbon we specifically contacted Numa and explained that having proper windows, natural light and fresh air was very important to us. We were reassured that the apartment would have windows. However, when we arrived, we discovered that one of the bedrooms had no window at all. The living room and the other bedroom faced an internal courtyard. Although this courtyard was open to the sky, there were tables and chairs directly outside where people regularly smoked. Whenever we opened the windows to ventilate the apartment, cigarette smoke came inside.
The Lisbon apartment also looked quite worn and in need of renovation. The marble surfaces were chipped and damaged, the flooring had noticeable gaps, and overall the apartment felt tired and poorly maintained. Considering the price, we expected a much better standard.
For us, proper ventilation and natural light are basic features of accommodation, not minor details. If apartments within the same category differ significantly in terms of windows, natural light and ventilation, this should be made absolutely clear before booking.
Overall, based on our recent experiences in both Seville and Lisbon, we do not feel that the quality of the accommodation corresponds to the price.
