If you love to cook, this home offers everything needed and more. There is a breakfast nook with a view of the pool, a butler’s pantry, wet bar, and beverage fridge off of the kitchen. A desk is also available for your work-at-home needs. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready. The gorgeous primary suite offers that 5-star hotel experience with the comfort of a vacation home, with features such as a king bed, slipper tub, double vanity with vessel sinks, walk-in shower with rain head and body jets, and a his-and-hers closet. The park frequently hosts live performances and events throughout the year. In addition, kayak rentals and the Everglades Wonder Gardens are a quick drive away. The property has everything you would expect in a Florida villa , however what clients must take into consideration the golf course that backed on to the property is now a major building site with construction for seven days a week from 0700 in the morning to 1700(0500pm). The rental company in Florida only made us aware of this after taking the final payment telling us they had not had been aware of any major noise. This construction will continue for the foreseeable future and renters must be made aware of this so they can make a balanced decision.

We absolutely enjoyed our trip to Bonita Springs in this beautiful home. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The furnishings are updated and comfortable. The home is spotless and roomy. The outdoor space was so inviting along with plenty of seating. It’s only a short drive to Barefoot Beach with plenty of things to do! We felt like we were at home for our 23 day vacation. We can’t say enough amazing things about this property. Everything was terrific-thank you!

What a week...
The check in was flawless. We picked the keys up at 2PM on a Sunday without problems. Arrived at a beautiful house, clean, comfortable and very well located. Everything was fabulous

We recently stayed at this rental and would recommend it. The house is great. There is plenty of comfortable space. Very tastefully decorated. It was clean and had everything that we needed (including beach supplies). The home is in a quiet neighborhood, we always felt safe. It is not far to the airport and many public beach areas. There are restaurants that are a short drive that we enjoyed (try Grandpas pizza, it’s delicious). This was an adult trip so there were only the two of us, but we would definitely be able to stay here with our entire family!

This home was perfect for us ( two couples) for a month. The kitchen is fully equpped and there were plenty of beach and bath towels. We enjoyed spending most of our time out by the pool. The refrigerator, grill, and TV made it unnecessary to go inside for extended lengths of time. The location was perfect for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. A great time was had by all!

The home was neat and clean. The exterior of the home is well kept and nicely maintained. The pool area is wonderful and the pool is beautiful. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and near Old 41 which is undergoing a renovation of the area. The home is well stocked with towels and items for the pool and beach. The kitchen is has adequate supplies for cooking. We appreciated the supplies of basics like salt, pepper, spices etc.
The front room is a bit sparse on furniture. Adding 2 chairs would be a great asset. The carpet in the smaller bedroom is worn and should be replaced with the other flooring that is throughout the rest of the home.

When we walked in it felt like home! There is a chalkboard that had a welcome note and a stock of supplies we would need such as laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. Was nice not to have to buy them for the short stay we had. The pool and backyard view is private and lush. In the morning we enjoyed drinking our coffee on the lanai

Overall a good experience. Located off of Old 41 and close to a wedding venue we attended. Quite neighborhood. Easy access to freeways and shopping areas. All rooms were clean and well maintained. Nice pool area. The only things that I might recommend is better labeling for the light switches and directions for the television usage. (all minor things). Would recommend and would stay again.

Stayed here for a girls trip and it was absolutely perfect! The home was exactly as pictured- spotless and clean. Beautiful landscaping, clean pool, well maintained inside and out. Comfortable beds, nicely decorated, plenty of storage space, access to an iron/ironing board, washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms- (master shower was AMAZING). Plenty of space to fit 6 ladies and ALL the stuff. So relaxing to lounge by the pool with cocktails during the day, nice lounge chairs and floaties, big beach towels. Outdoor kitchen was convenient with a fridge, so as not to have to go inside to grab a drink after being wet in the pool. Grill access to have a cookout and a big table for 6 outside for eating or playing cards. In the evening we had a short drive to Naples for nightlife, or plenty of restaurants nearby in Bonita Springs for a more laid back dinner. We ate most breakfasts and lunches poolside because- when you have such a beautiful pool- why not? Enjoyed a day at nearby Fort Myers Beach and was thankful to have numerous beach chairs, coolers, a wagon, beach blanket, towels, and blue tooth speaker for our use. We booked a Tiki Boat cruise and afterwards ate on the water one night and also went kayaking and were lucky to have the dolphins swim close by us, such a fun experience and all within a 10 minute drive of the house. Plenty of shopping, grocery stores, convenience spots nearby to stock up for your stay, grab forgotten items, or enjoy browsing at the shops in Coconut Point or Miromar Outlets. We will definitely book again and have thought it would also be a great place for families to stay. Highly recommend this place as it has anything you would need for your "home away from home," the owner has really thought of everything to ensure you have a relaxing time away in a gorgeous place. I would give this 10 stars if I could! Miss it already!

This place was just what we needed. Our family used the pool area non stop throughout the time we were there; it was nice to have a tv out there to watch the game and lounge outside while the kids played. The interior is so nicely decorated and well kept up. The place was very clean! We found the beds to be very comfortable. It was lovely to have coolers and beach chairs for our use; the owners clearly thought of everything for the guests. A very nice neighborhood for morning walks and close to the restaurants, convenience stores, great shopping, and a short drive to the beaches. Have already recommended to friends and we will definitely stay here again!
