Begin and end your day by relaxing on the balcony, taking in the unobstructed view of the beach and the breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Additional highlights of the property include: * Boasts one of the largest balconies in all of Sand Key, accessible from living area and both bedrooms. * Fully stocked and well appointed kitchen with granite counters and stainless- steel appliances. * Master suite with king-size, Tempur-pedic, electric, adjustable bed and gorgeous ocean view. * Master bath with granite double vanity and large walk-in shower * Second Bedroom en suite with king bed and unmatched ocean views * Second full bath with granite counters is connected to 2nd bedroom * Full size in unit washer and dryer * Wi-fi and cable * TV's in both bedrooms and living area * Beach chairs and beach towels are provided in this unit for your convenience. * Landline available for local calls only. Long distance or international calls will be billed to the renter. Highlights of Crescent Beach Club: Gated community with 24-hour security, library, billiards room, fitness room, sauna, indoor hot tub overlooking the beach, men's and women's locker rooms with individual steam rooms, club room, beachfront BBQ grills, two pools, two outdoor hot tubs, and two tennis/pickle ball courts. The property is within walking distance to fabulous restaurants and a five minute trolley ride (stops outside of the complex) to shops, restaurants, putt putt golf, and Pier 60 on Clearwater Beach. What you need to know: * A Lease Agreement application is required. You will receive it from the owners as an attachment to the rental approval. It must be completed and signed by both parties a MINIMUM of 5 days prior to arrival or the CBC property management office will not accept the agreement. It can only be sent as a scanned PDF. Faxes and photos of the document are not accepted by CBC. The owners will ensure the $150 fee (part of your total rental fees) is transferred to CBC on your behalf. * You must be 25 years of age to book and the person booking must be one of the occupants. * Only starter supplies will be provided. * One (1) parking pass allowed per unit, parking is first come first serve basis. If parking under the building, the vehicle cannot be taller than 6'3" including any items stored on the roof. You are not allowed to back into a parking space. Only automobiles are allowed on the property. * No pets allowed. * Smoking prohibited in the condo and the complex. The unit is equipped with detectors that sense smoke from cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana. * The security deposit will be refunded no more than 14 days after check out, once inventory has been completed, and the unit has been cleaned.

This unit is well taken care of, you can tell it is loved! I loved that I only had to bring my clothing, everything else was provided! Kitchen was complete and the baths were ,too! Thank you!

Very nice condo on Sand Key! Impeccably clean, quite and safe location, very near everything you want to do in Clearwater and the surrounding areas. Amy is the BEST! She was very helpful and responded to emails very quickly. We will return and also refer our friends to this amazing condo. God Bless these owners, they are wonderful people!!!

Crescent Beach Club is a beautiful property on wonderful Sand Key. The condo has exceptional views of the gulf and Clearwater Beach. The condo was clean and well-equipped (had chairs, sun umbrella, beach towels, etc). The descriptions and instructions for the property were very well detailed by the owners. The owners were responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay at this property again.

This condo was exactly as advertised and all that we had hoped for. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. The beds and furniture were all extremely comfortable. All of the major rooms of the condo provide a beautiful 16 story view of the gulf and the private beach. The long private balcony is accessible from both bedrooms and the living room. The private beach was never crowded and accessible within mere minutes of leaving the building. The pool and the hot tub were clean, well maintained, and open long hours (5am-11pm). The breeze available on the 16th floor made it enjoyable to be on the balcony even on days where the temperature hit the mid nineties. The sunsets were spectacular. The property manager was easily accessible, but also made the check in process simple. We felt welcomed and had everything that we needed. We would love to come back again! Thank you for setting up such a wonderful condo to stay in!
