Accommodates groups looking for a retreat or couples looking for a romantic getaway, complete with panoramic lake and mountain views. Lago Vista is a lakefront home that features 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, gas barbecue island, gas fire pit, outside dining, brand new small-sized saltwater pool & spa. All the have smart TVs. The Master Suite has a King bed; Bedroom 2 has a king bed, bedroom 3 has two sets of bunks, twins over fulls. Pool table in the dining room that has a tabletop cover, large sectional sofa in the living room. This amazing home is lakeside in a gorgeous community nestled below the San Jacinto Mountains. Furnished with many upgrades, brand-new small private saltwater pool/spa, custom built-in BBQ island, and fire pit. Located on a golf course and features a 20-acre lake where one can kayak and fish. Indio Permit Number: 20-00026791 Indoor amenities: Gas fireplace, air conditioning, and heating, flat-screen TV on the lower level. There are a washer and dryer in the laundry room, as well as an ironing board and iron. Linens and towels are provided. Outdoor amenities: Brand new saltwater swimming pool and spa, outdoor dining for 6, fire pit, gas barbecue island. There’s a 2-car garage for indoor parking as well as 2 additional driveway parking spaces. Guests will have access to the entire home on property and garage except for the downstairs coat closet. KAYAKING AND SWIMMING IN LAKE ARE NOT ALLOWED. A private chef can be referred upon request ($70 per person for a 5-course dinner, $65 per person for a 4-course dinner). All guests are required to sign a written rental agreement contract that will be provided by the owner before arrival. In compliance with the City of Indio ORDINANCE NO. 1665 section 37.011 OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS ESTABLISHED; It is required that the primary overnight and daytime occupant of the short -term vacation rental to be an adult 21 years of age or older. Once you arrive, please remove your shoes at the entrance. On the kitchen counter, you’ll find a tri-fold folder with all the community rules, house rules, check-in instructions, emergency numbers, Wi-Fi info. It is your responsibility to inform your guests of these rules and make sure they comply regardless if they are day/overnight guests of yours. CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 PM / CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM on every reservation. An additional charge will be added for any non-approved late check-outs ($50 per hour). Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowable to stay overnight is limited to 8 and or the number of guests stated at the time of the original inquiry/booking. At all times, if you plan on having visitors please notify the homeowner and discuss. We have the right to allow or nor not allow day visitors. If you are found having extra guests or found that you had an extra guest(s) who are not listed or haven’t it discussed it with the owner before your arrival or during your stay your stay will be terminated, you will be asked to leave immediately and your payment for your stay and deposit will not be refunded. PARKING: There is no street parking allowed unless we safe list the vehicle with security. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway and 2 spaces in the garage. All cars must first utilize the garage and driveway before parking on the street. If you end up parking on the street with permission, you must park in with the flow of traffic. If you park on the street and do not follow this rule or if you park in the street without permission from the property manager, it is a $200 ticket per car per day. When parking on the street please provide the first and last name of the vehicle owner, make, year, color, and model to the property manager. EARLY DEPARTURE/EVICTION POLICY: NO REFUNDS for early departure and/or eviction in any circumstance. LATE DEPARTURE WITHOUT APPROVAL: If you have not vacated the premises by 10:00 am without prior approval for a later check-out time, you will be charged $50 per hour. POOL/SPA HEAT FEE: $50 per day. Long term guests inquire with the property manager. During the following festivals: (Coachella, Stagecoach, Desert Trip) the cleaning fee is $395, and the damage deposit is $2100. NO SUBLEASING! NO SMOKING POLICY: All our properties are non-smoking. There will be an extra cleaning fee added if this rule is broken up to $2500. Smoking is permitted outside only with the kitchen door, and all windows closed. NO PET(s) Policy. If you are found out that you brought a pet, your stay will be terminated, and you will be asked to leave immediately. It is solely your responsibility to inform any guest(s) visiting you at this property or staying with you of the pet rules before they arrive. A refund for your stay will not be issued and your deposit will not be refunded. If we find out after the fact, that you had a pet during your stay you will be charged $400 per animal per day and other fees for any services the owner may have incurred because of bringing your pet. Service dogs are welcome, there will be an extra $400-dollar cleaning fee & $200 refundable pet damage deposit added to your reservation and you will also still be responsible for any damages the service animal does during the duration of the stay. This also goes for any guests that you may have over that brings a service animal. Penal code 367.5 will be enforced. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $1200 - The guest doesn't pay the deposit when they make the reservation. Instead, the guest will be charged if a host claims their security deposit. BELONGINGS: We are not responsible for any belongings left behind after departure no matter the value. Please make sure you check for all belongings before you depart the property. TRASH - Bag all your trash and place it in the trash bins located on side of the house near the front door in the backyard. For your convenience, plastic trash bag liners are in the pantry. Please do not put boxes in the bins as they take up too much space, instead place them aside. Trash pickup day is every Tuesday morning around 7 AM. Place all trash inside the bins. Roll out service will roll out trash cans to the trash truck when they arrive. No need to take the bins to the curb. NOISE DISTURBANCES - Please be respectful of all neighbors. Noise travels easily in the mountains & we require that our guests be respectful of the full-time residents that live nearby. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. If we receive any complaints, we will attempt to contact you once to request that you reduce the level of noise if before the noise curfew. If we get a complaint after the noise curfew, guest will be evicted immediately. Guests are allowed to bring ONLY ONE SPEAKER and it MUST be handheld and face the house, not towards the lake. WEATHER CONDITIONS - Guests are responsible for checking driving and weather forecasts in preparation for desert conditions at various times of the year, including, but not limited to fog, wind, rain, storms, etc. We do not refund due to weather conditions, road closures, driver's abilities, or vehicle limitations. PERSONAL BELONGINGS: We are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind no matter how valuable. If you leave something behind, we will not ship it to you unless you provide a label and mailing instructions along with providing insurance on any item that you want to be shipped back. We are not responsible for any item we ship to you that does not make it to its destination. The fee for shipping an item to you even if you provide a label is $50. Any item over 5lbs will have to be picked up by you. LAKE RULES: No swimming in the lake, you will forfeit your stay if you do and you will not be refunded, and the number of funds already paid for your stay and you will be asked to leave. THEFT OR DAMAGE - In the event of theft from or damage to the property caused during my stay, I authorize the owners upon inspection, to notify me and charge my credit card for up to $5,000 to cover repair or replacement of property. Check out instructions: DIRTY LINENS: Please gather all your towels and place them in the laundry and start a load if you can before leaving. We would appreciate it. BEDS: Do not make the beds, leave all beds as is. KITCHEN: Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or on the counter. Please rinse off the dishes, place them in the dishwasher, and start it. Any rinsed leftover dishes are to be left on the counter. DOORS/WINDOWS: Please make sure all doors are locked before leaving. THERMOSTAT: Please leave both thermostats set to 80 before your check-out. RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT. Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. All the homes are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. If you leave any items behind, we will not be responsible for the item(s) and we will not responsible to ship them to you. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.

My wife and I stayed for a week and had some family members join us for a couple nights….it was an amazing stay! We really loved the hot tub after golfing with the flame features lit up at night! The gated community was a real nice piece of mind and the guards were very professional! The host Angela was available every time we needed her! The whole terra lago community is a great place to stay!

The house is fine but it definitely needs some updating. We also hardly used the backyard because there is so much construction work going on right in the backyard with a buildout - workers, vans, loud noises, porta potties, etc. just looking out at dirt and dumpsters and workers staring at you. It will not get done for about a year, so just know that going into it. Besides the lack of updates, and some minor issues, along with the construction, the owner was responsive when we needed something and the house was in a good location.

Everything was what we were expecting! We spent most of the time around the fire pit. I loved that pool was heated. The home really gave that comfy home vibe. I really appreciate the host for being so spot on with everything. No lack of communication I would definitely book with the same hot again!

Very pretty property. A little bit of deferred maintenance, but not enough to adversely affect the stay. Very easy to deal with Angela, who was extremely nice and considerate. The only slightly negative remark is that there was new home construction that was taking place right across the lake, and there was some noise inconvenience. Otherwise a great stay.

Angela, the property manager, was very attentive and helpful. As we got the house we found: Deceiving backyard - very small compared to what was shown on the site picture. We were very disappointed that our view across the small lake was an active construction site. Constructions was never mentioned in the listing. As a result we never sat outside. On arrival we found that the property was not clean. All surfaces were coated in a layer of dust, all kitchen cabinets were in disarray, dishes were dirty and sticky. Floors were not clean. The laundry room cabinets were stuffed with unfolded beddings. We called property manager and a full cleaning was done in our second week. Being there for 3 weeks we were staying in to eat most nights. Toaster was broken, no cutting boards to prep food, no tea towels, no wine glasses. Didn’t realize that dining room was actually a billiards table covered in a dirty vinyl cloth. So property not set up for dining. Dishwasher needs to be replaced, doesn’t clean dishes Gas stove top is dangerous as the burners do not turn off or on properly leaving an odour of propane and many times the only way to turn off was to blow out the propane flames In the 3 weeks we were there the small pool was cleaned only once and given the constant construction work was always dirty. Considering the high rental fees our expectations was not met with the quality of this property.
