Hostal Pórtico is right in the centre of Betanzos, close to all the restaurants and bars. The double room I had was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The private bathroom with a shower was great!
The reception staff member is very friendly and helpful. I left my card with the access code to enter the property after hours in my room and felt so bad that I had to call him out to get back into the hostal. But he was there in no time and remained friendly and helpful.
They don't offer breakfast or any meals but they are surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafés. Otherwise, everything was fine.

I waked 21km that day and arrived late. Receptionist texted me and waited for me to
check in. So friendly and warm people.

We liked everything about the place! No complaints, I'm coming back and I look forward to staying here again
