This condo is beautiful! We did not want to leave. What a gorgeous remodel. We were on a trip with multiple families that rented throughout the complex, and this unit was by far the nicest of them all. Chris was a great host. We only had a few questions, but he answered them immediately. Location was great. Easy walk to everything….beach, Rosemary, pool, shops, restaurants. We will definitely be back!

We LOVED our stay at High Pointe! The condo is gorgeous and so conveniently located. Chris was wonderful and very responsive to my silly questions upon arrival. My 13 year old son was very excited about the guest room accommodations. The living room was so comfy (fuzziest blankets EVER) and the views straight out to the ocean could not be beat. All security staff members were welcoming and friendly - what a great community atmosphere! Servers and bartenders at Crabby Steve’s were so fun. Beach chair rental and bikes were included with our stay and it felt so luxurious. Our favorite activities on 30a are beach bumming and biking, so we were set for a perfect week! I almost hate to give such a great review because I want Chris’s condo to be open when we come back, ha! Here’s the kicker - I broke my arm on our first full day, and there is NO PLACE ON EARTH I’d rather have been than in 14e. Thanks for the perfect setting to an almost perfect week. :)

The condo location was in this fantastic area of Rosemary Beach. The views from condo were amazing, the proximity to the beach and pool was fantastic and the condo itself had everything. Really don’t have a negative thing to say! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a week at this condo for our summer family vacation and couldn't have had a better time. The condo was immacculate, newly updated, and well-stocked. The view was also incredibe! We will definitely stay here again!

Beautifully quant renovated condo. If I had any suggestions as to what this condo needed would be a different faucet for the master bathroom as it trickled cold water and new mattress, also maybe a rug for the patio area or repaint the patio as we had to constantly sweep away bugs and sand. And there was an area on the end of the patio that kept a puddle of water. Otherwise, it was a beautiful and comfortable condo! I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to other family and friends.

We had a great time with our teens here! The use of bikes and the chair service on the beach made things so easy! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do! We were only a mile away from the state, park and kayaking! We rode our bikes there without any Problem! The view from this unit is worth every penny. To have a location like this, coupled with the beauty of the condo and spectacular ocean view, is second to none! Chris was also very easy to get a hold of while we were staying there!

We had the BEST time on our family vacation! The views were wonderful in the mornings with coffee and at sunset with a glass of wine! Great decor and comfy beds, and perfectly located to everything- all walking distance! We will be back next year for sure!

Our stay at Chris’ condo was wonderful! The condo is beautiful and clean. The ocean view was so beautiful! We have been to Rosemary Beach with family many times and the location of this condo is so nice and convenient! Easy to bike and walk to many places. We stayed with our 3 kiddos and it was perfect for a family! We will be back!

We had a super week enjoying the ocean waves, pool & sun. Property is lovely, clean, & well appointed. It had everything we would need and more. Communication with owner was perfect, easy to get in touch with and very responsive. I love waking up and looking at the sunny ocean waves & beautiful beach. But also having nice furniture, a new kitchen, and wonderful master bath is a huge plus for this condo. We have 3 kids and we all fit comfortably. Thanks Chris! We had a perfect week!

Great location right on the beach with easy and secure access. Hot tub available also. Unit was great waking up right to the ocean view. The kitchen cabinets are tired, but overall everything was GREAT for our family.

Beautiful Fall week on 30a! The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. Very clean and nicely furnished. Owner was easy to communicate with and replied back quickly. We love staying in High Pointe and this unit is by far our new favorite. The views of the ocean and sunsets were breathtaking! We will be back!

The check in process went very well. The owner emailed me personally and suggested things for the stay. The location of the condominium complex was great. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. The complex pool is large and was very inviting. We did encounter problems with the unit during our stay Refrigerator and ice maker broken, inoperative TV's (unable to have tv entire visit) soiled sofa, loveseat and area rug, Switch plates missing, burned out lightbulbs, rusting patio table, master bath tub faucet wobbly and leaked, inadequately stocked kitchen supplies, pots pans, utensils etc. no spices. The unit 14E pictures are beautiful...but the experience was disappointing.

We have been to High Pointe multiple times but this was by far our best stay. Our host, Chris, was nothing short of AMAZING!!!! Very attentive and communicated extremely well. Location and convenience was perfect. The condo was dated and needs to be updated asap. The oven was filthy, no ice, leaking refrigerator, holes and scuff marks on walls. The lighting in kitchen needs updating. Many fluorescent bulbs burnt out and therefore very dark. The drapes didn’t close all the way and there was duct tape on one to help keep it in place. Honestly for the nightly rate, which was higher than most units in the complex , I expected much more than location and convenience, but like I said, that was the only positive thing about the unit. Happy to stay again once it’s been redone!

We just home after a longer stay in 14E. After our first night, the owner contacted me to see how things were going so far. Despite having some bug issues due to the weather and being on the first floor, Chris immediately addressed the issue and no more bugs showed up. In addition, I had mentioned that some kitchen items were missing and he immediately had items delivered the same day. I had planned to cook 95% of the time. Communicative at all times. Way better response time than Vacasa who would address issues in days when we have stayed in this complex the previous 2 years. Less than 24 hours is unheard of. We hope to visit 14E again in the future. I would suggest adding more towel hooks in the 2 bathrooms as there really isn’t anywhere to hang the towels to dry.

Family Trip
Our trip was great and the stay was wonderful but I did feel that the property had been through some abuse over the summer weeks. Paint was peeling, wood/door missing, slider webs in corners, no products such as hand soap or shampoo until requested. Beautiful view and comfortable beds. Decorated very pretty but the condo isn’t as impeccable as it was photographed.

We loved the condo. Just like the photos. Great communication with the host. The location is great - access to beach, Crabby Steve’s, and proximity to shops and restaurants makes this the perfect place to stay in this area in our opinion. Would stay here again if we go back to Seacrest Beach.

Beachfront condo can't be beat
The weather cooperated and we had a perfect week last week at your condo. The mattresses were comfortable and the scenery out our sliding glass door was absolutely breathtaking. Only a few minor issues (missing light bulbs, faulty drawer front) that were easily resolved. Chris was responsive to both. The ice maker caused a leak in the refrigerator and made a huge mess. Chris was aware of this issue and let me know that a refrigerator was on order but had just not arrived due to supply chain issues. This would have been nice to know on the front end.

Perfect Location!
This property was perfect for our family of 5! Very clean, amazing ocean view, and walkability to several shops and restaurants. The beach was a short walk away and never felt over crowded. Our kids loved the pool as well! We will definitely be back!

Excellent location and view, very clean, and nicely furnished
We very much enjoyed our stay here. This was our second time staying at High Pointe resort and this particular condo did not disappoint. The views were beautiful, the condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Communication with Chris was also seamless. He promptly responded to questions we had and even helped us coordinate a baby gear rental drop off. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

This place was nicely updated and checked all the boxes for our family vacation. Beach front, pool/hot tub (was a great option for when the ocean was closed because of weather), lots of great restaurants, Starbucks, shopping and bike rental all within a very short walking distance. I also appreciated high pointes private beach, much less crowded than both beaches on either side of high pointe. Condo was very clean and we appreciated all of the great beach toys that were in the closet so we didn’t have to go buy any!! All in all very happy with our stay.
