The room was huge and would have made a great place if our stay was longer. There was a full sized fridge, a huge wardrobe and bathroom.
The size could have been allocated a lot better. The closet could have been closed off and there could have even been a living room type set up so we didn't have to sit on our beds or a stiff chair to watch TV.

Convenient location
Horrible interaction with rude and condescending front desk clerk, with long black hair and garish winged eyes and make up front desk. Who lacks communication skills and the personality that should be required to interact with guests.
Because she failed to explain that UNLIKE every many other hotel room that I’ve reserved online and given credit card number and gotten a “confirmation number” for… when reserving on their website YOU HAVEN’T ACTUALLY BEEN CHARGED YET. YOU’VE ONLY GOT A RESERVATION, NOT EXPLAINED ONLINE AND NOT EXPLAINED BY THE CLERK WHO KEPT SAYING “you’re not getting it, you don’t understand “and after i left the room but came back …heard her mocking what i had said during our increasingly louder, confusing and
rude interaction …caused by her lack of ability or desire to listen and communicate effectively.
After telling people behind the barrier, that “she doesn’t get it!!” And once telling me to call someone to solve it, THANKFULLY she left, and her supervisor who was nice helped. By this time i had finally understood that i didn’t get charged online yet. Being a kind human, i apologized for the confusion multiple times ..yet petty person she is, just folding her arms with side eye and didn’t say a goddamn thing. (Until i left the room)
Not acceptable. Maybe she could spend less $ on Makeup And nails and pay for some communication and customer service classes.
Also much less irritating than her.. you can exchange linens towels between 5-9 pm (all other personnel, maids, security etc was very kind and personable. She shouldn’t be front of the house.
*Only 2 basic utensils, but no dish soap, told me use dishwasher with the 1 packet at a time. That’s not very conservative with only 2 p plates and forks…etc cleaning service every 2weeks if you stay long but no cleaning spray or paper towels to clean and only a broom to borrow.. not good with all the dogs there… hairballs even in hallway.
