The staff was great! The room was nice.
There was what I believe was mold or old mold stains around the bottom and top of the outside of the bathtub.

The elevator. The location.
It was overdue to change the carpet in fact in my room 334 if you look behind the TV stand, it is super gross. They need to take everything out of the room and rip the carpet out and replace it or at least clean it.

Pretty central to the Tri-Cities area. Lots of parking.
The breakfast was not up to standard of other Super 8 we have stayed in. Had to constantly ask for coffee urns to be filled. There are 5 and all empty on more than 2 days. The fridges with yoghurt, were empty we had to request them as well. I feel that this needs to be looked at. Clean up of tables and availability of trash cans not at door. There is no recycling done at hotel as well as other areas. This should be addressed. Even if you are the first, set the example. The pillows in the room were awful they need to be replaced. They are old and flat. Very uncomfortable. We had to ask for our room to be serviced after spending 4 nights. I think this should be done automatically after 2. There are no signs to hang on the doors to request this. I was told I had to go to reception to request this service. The toilet was broken and we had to open the back for a day and a half to flush it. I had requested maintenance but had to remind the staff the next morning who didn’t know about previous request. It was repaired that day. So they did prioritize it. Thank you. I don’t know that my spouse or I will be staying at this group going forward to nervous about basic quality of service. We hope things will improve at this facility.
