LOCATION: The condo is centrally located in downtown Manistee with easy access to shops, restaurants, and everything the city has to offer! EDGEWATER: This recently developed condo building is located on the shores of the Manistee Channel, right at downtown Manistee. There is a parking lot to the rear of the building and every unit has 1 designated parking spot. Additional parking is available in the public lot across the street, but it can fill during popular holidays or festivals. The building does have secure security doors and the access code is provided prior to check in. ** Please note: The HOA does not allow rental units to accept pets. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests. DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely. Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.
