Great location in Koreatown, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Walkable area close to lots of main attractions. Very good value for money, especially for New York City. The room was a decent size by NYC standards and, most importantly, it was quiet with no street noise. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a place I would happily recommend.

The Studio apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay in New York. The location is ideal and because it’s not facing onto a main avenue it’s quiet at night and no traffic noise. 100% recommend and would stay again on our next trip.

Facilities are super clean and compared to others in NYC, i would say they are in top 10, location is perfect and most activities are walkable (about 16km a day is adequate for NYC)
The only downgrade is noise from the street. If your room is situated towards 31st street, you will most probably hear every noise from outside

Spacious room considering the location and number of guests in the room. We were very comfortable and had a great time.
The towels were clean but thin, scratchy, and didn't smell great. The room was clean overall but needed some upgrades. Everything was a little worn. But everything worked and was clean.
