Una estafa total!

La ubicación y que la habitación era amplia

Nos dieron la habitación y al llegar nos encontramos con una puerta de cristal en medio de la habitación y el baño privado que ofrecían resultó ser un aseo sin ducha. Una puerta de cristal que daba al pasillo que se veía a la gente pasar y que estaba enfrente de las camas. Es decir toda la gente nos podía ver desde fuera, totalmente vergonzoso. Al comentarlo con el hotel e intentar que nos cambiaran a otro lugar que tuviera ducha ya que habíamos pagado por un baño privado, no nos dieron ningún tipo de solución, fue un total desastre. Ni el hotel ni por parte de booking recibimos solución alguna. Tuvimos que pasar los días subiendo a un baño público a ducharnos como podíamos.. súper incómodo todo. Por no decir que en la habitación había un microondas en el suelo, vergonzoso.

Excelente ubicación.

El lugar es pequeño y nada lujoso, pero la ubicación es EXCELENTE. Está ubicado a solo 2 minutos MACY´s y a 10 minutos a pie del Madison Square Garden, del Empire State y a 15 minutos del Times Square. La mejor ubicación posible y cerca de una estación del metro.

Que cambiaran las toallas del baño ni nos dieran papel higiénico en los 7 días que estuvimos hospedados. Nos dijeron que eso no les correspodía ellos

Great location but disappointed with room .

location & staff was kind and accommodating

It was so hot , heat blasted all night , no way to adjust . The towels were paper thin , the toilet paper and soap were awful . The room was in the inner part of the building so windows faced a dark courtyard. There was a smell too. Bathroom very dated . For the amount the room cost , expected much better .

RIEN sauf la localisation centrale dans Manhattan

TOUT: très, trop, cher pour les services rendus, 2 lits occupant 80 % de la pièce (nous voulions une chambre à 2 lits car je ne dors pas avec mon coloc), cuisine inutile, sombre, jamais de ménage, jamais de changement de drap pendant 10 nuits, draps en "nylon", pas de fenêtre ouvrable pour aérer la pièce (seulement un morceau de plastique mobilisable car non fixé pour encadrer l'appareil de climatisation), un seul interrupteur dans la pièce, pas de lampe de chevet et d'ailleurs pas de chevet du tout pour les 2 lits, pas de restauration même à minima, consigne pour laisser les valises avant de repartir pour l’aéroport très cher (7 $ par bagage), pas de wifi ou alors à 5$ par jour, pas de télévision vraiment fonctionnel avec des chaines de téléachat et une seule chaine généraliste quand ça marchait.

Die Lage und das durchgängige Einchecken, mehr nicht.

Ankunft in der Nacht- Eingang nicht auffindbar -keine Beleuchtung ,kein Schild erkennbar; Extremes Unwohlsein während des gesamten Aufenthaltes Zugang zum Zimmer: lange, schmale, niedrige Gänge leiten einen zum Zimmer; man geht durch eine Feuerschutztüre und kommt in einen Bereich - man kann nicht mehr Hotel sagen - einer Absteige, in der man sich nicht mehr wohlfühlen kann. Kein Rettungsweg erkennbar. Im Zimmer gibt es ein Alibi Fenster das zu 3/4 mit der Klimaanlage verbaut ist -also keine Frischluft, keine Blick nach außen möglich.

Still waiting

Still waiting for the deposit of the US$ 120. The room was paid when I checked in on Sept 20 but they asked for the deposit and told me that it was going to be off by the end of September 21, when I checked out. But here I am on Sept 22 and no US$ 120 back on my credit card

New York was amazing. The tiny room in the hote ruined it for me

Didn’t like much, the fridge and poster in the room looked cool… but the fridge didn’t actually work…

The staff were beyond rude, rolling their eyes and scoffing at me and speaking with a horrible tone, the lift has an awful smell and the accessabilty from the lift entrance on our floor was awful since you have to still go down another small set of stairs?! The location of the hotel is NOT YHE BUILDING IN THE PHOTOGRAPHS! It’s a ring doorway across the street crammed by a of folding and tobacco shops.

Very unpleasant

Only location, all rest was terrible.

Bathroom, manager, they didn't give 120 dollar deposit back. They say only give them after 12 pm but my plane depart earlier. Don't give deposit to that people they will not return it.

You can’t have a bad time in NY. We managed it!

Location, location, location!!! Wonderful location, easy access, subway very closed, walking distance. Nice to have a Private bathroom.

Very tide inside for 4 guests. When I booked said 2 twins, and actually it was 1 twin and 1 trundle, plus a full bed. Mattress very hard. 1 set of towels for 8 nights. I requested more trash bags, since they left 3 total and never got it. Had to buy more. Same with toilet paper, they left 2 for 4 guests for 8 nights. I requested more, never got it. Had to buy more. Si Fe it has a kitchenette For 4 guests, I expect to find 4 forks, 4 knives, 4 tea spoons and 4 spoons. There weren’t enough for 4 guests. And I wish it was a dresser or shelves on the wall. Really hard to find our clothes for 4 guests, 8 nights and there is not place we’re to put the clothes.

One toilet the water in the bathroom wasn’t working the staff were a bit rude, the place smelt like dust / mold and they did not want to give my security deposit even tho I left the room clean. They said to come back Tomorrow and the lady walk away and said bye.

Clean! Good choice for this price

I have read many bad reviews. But I must say that I did not find anything from what I read in reality. My room was clean. The shared bathrooms were good and always cleaned! During 4 days I did not find any curiosities! There is dish in the room, a hair dryer, towels and a minimal set for a shower. The mattress is quite comfortable. My recommendation is only regarding the duvet - it would be better. Yes, this is not a 5 star hotel. But for this money a reasonable solution if you are looking for an overnight stay. A big advantage is the ability to cook in the room. Receptionists were great too! Every day the staff was friendly and happy to help. No rats, cockroaches or bedbugs. The security deposit has not yet been returned. But they have a return period of up to 35 days (on card). We'll see, but I'm sure everything will be fine. My room was on the 5th floor. As I’ve understood in general conditions depend on company (owner) you book the hotel. There are 5 different owners in this building.

Likely an illegal scam and should be avoided at all costs.

There wasn’t anything worth staying for.

The manager overcharged an extra city tax and charged a security deposit. When we reported to Booking.com that she also couldn’t provide the queen bed we paid for, she said she would keep the deposits because we talked to Booking.com and said she knew she’d get away with it. We’ve only recouped $58 from Booking.com out of $530 for our reservation. We didn’t even sleep in the room and checked out early the next day.
