Location is the best for me . Most staff are helpful and clean room
The person who did the check out was not professional at all I don’t remember the name but was female. She did not greet us and asked how was our stay. We just asked we need to leave our luggage with the hotel and we will pick them later. She seems not interested in doing her job. She said leave them where we had them on the floor. She did not bother to ask someone to come and place them in a safe place. She did not even give us a ticket of how many luggage we left at the hotel. I ve travelled a lot and always I was given a ticket when I leave luggage with the hotel. The machine to scan luggage when you getting to the lobby seems not working, it was just there, but I felt safe in the hotel because they have cameras and a door man in the building. I could have given the hotel higher score but I had stressful time trying to solve an issue with double charges. Booking charged me and when I arrived to the hotel. They said that they did not receive payment from booking. So they charged me again. Hotel does not accept AE cards but booking does. So it took me a lot of time back and forth with booking and the hotel to get money back . But it was stressful and the charge end up in different card not My AE card which I prefer. So please make sure when you book with booking. Confirm at the check in if they ask you to pay again. I couldn’t check my booking in my email bc I didn’t have internet at the time of checking.

Location
Really old towels with tabaco smell. Tabaco smell in the rooms. Only one hair dryer for all the rooms (1st night we couldn't use it). Clogged shower drain. Staff speaking loud at night.
