Very central to the train station and the old area of Belluno. Lovely upstairs area with seating and dining area - extra nespresso coffee available. The room was decorated lovely and had complimentary toiletries of a good quality. The bed is great

Beautiful property and host was very thorough when it came to the check in instructions. I liked that they had options to store luggage for a few days before our arrival as we were hiking for 10 days prior to arrival. Host was very responsive and had great communication. Rooms were as expected and loved the coffee area!
The building is a little bit of a maze but if you can follow instructions, it's easy to find your rooms! Luggage storage each day was 5 Euros per bag per day so that did add up. The luggage was not already in the room when we arrived so I had to find it in the outdoor garage, however the host was able to describe where it was to retrieve it.

Stayed with 2 other after finishing the alta via 1. The main beds were comfy and the place was well decorated. Very easy self check in.
There was a door to the toilet but not to the shower room which was inconvenient when staying with a group.
The foldable bed for the 3rd person was comfortable but collapsed at some point in the night although this could have been their fault.
"Breakfast included" means an 8 euro gift card for a nearby Cafe which was enough to cover coffee and a small meal. The pancakes were very good!

Nice decor, great aircon, good bathroom ammenities like body wash and shampoo
The bathroom shower had mould and the room smelt damp and not very nice. It was quite dark with not much light and thin walls.
