The hotel was in a very good location, close to public transport, shops and many places to visit. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ali, who was very welcoming, polite and always happy to help. We really appreciated his excellent service during our stay.
The air conditioning was not working properly, which made the room uncomfortable at times. The hotel is located next to a very busy road, and the windows were not soundproof enough, so there was quite a lot of traffic noise, especially at night. Improving the air conditioning and soundproofing would make the stay much more comfortable.

J’ai voyagé avec mes deux filles .L’hôtel impeccable le personnel est super gentil toujours à l’écoute et toujours prêt à vous rendre service .. bon emplacement de l’hôtel proche du métro bus de tous les sites à visites .le petit dej (au dernier étage avec une vue impeccable) est répétitif mais réglo manque quelques petits détails un grille pain un micro ondes .. mais sinon çava. Un hôtel bien propre . Je recommande vivement cet hôtel . Merci surtout au personnel pour leur attention .

Todo fue genial. Desde el personal súper amable hasta las instalaciones modernas, cómodas y limpias.
Por poner una pega el desayuno, era escaso y algo tan básico como leche caliente para un café no lo tenían…

"Close to the metro Aksaray, bus directly from airport. Full of places to eat good turkish things, around. Incredible nice owners, great room with all facilities, very good breakfast. Value for money."
