Brilliant location next to Akasaray Tram& metro stations and near to HVL-1 airport bus station, very clean, basic but good breakfast, check-in& out in no time, very near to local shops
No water bottles , no kettle available in Room so you have to buy yourself at nearby shops

The restaurant was excellent and the sea view was beautiful. The restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the reception staff were also kind and helpful. The location is good, quiet, and the sound insulation from the windows is effective. Considering the price, the stay was good value for money.
The single bed was quite small. The refrigerator in the room was barely working. The air conditioner was installed, but the remote control was missing, so it could not be used. These issues affected the overall comfort of the stay.
