Located in Middle Smithfield, this charming house for $823 per night is a great choice for your next break. Newly renovated home located on 17 acres of land in the middle of the woods. Conveniently located only 90 miles away from NYC. The perfect getaway if you are trying to escape the city for some privacy. Minutes away from plenty of attractions & shopping centers. Our property is always sparkling clean and sanitized for all of our guests for a safe experience. Minimum age requirement to book is 28 years of age. This home can sleep 18 people. We do not provide food or fresh pantry items due to allergies people may have. Hot Tub: 7 person hot tub available 365 days a year. This house was stunning from the driveway!! We arrived just after sunset and the house was lit up outside with Christmas lights and so easy to enter the house with personalized door code!!! Clean sheets/towels were provided and that was so helpful to us all🙏. The space was very inviting and freshly remodeled!! And the quality of work was very impressive!! I’m big on tile work and it was done very well..! Nice and neat🙂!
Kitchen was big enough for everyone in our family and we weren’t sitting on top of one another ! We had everything we needed to cook and enjoy !!

From the moment we entered the property, everyone knew it was going to be a great weekend. The host was great with communication before and throughout our stay. The property was equipped with all the essentials! There were instructions for everything, which was helpful. Especially the checkout instructions. We loved that the property manager introduced us to their goats!!!! We would definitely book this place again in the future!

Weekend trip
I stayed at Marcin’s house with some friends for a quick weekend away and thoroughly enjoyed our time there! The house was immaculate, the location was perfectly secluded and Marcin was quick to reply to any questions we had. We’d definitely come back for a second trip!

Hand railing going upstairs not secure at all very wobbly. Bar stool around kitchen island very cheap and unstable.Fresh mouse droppings on kitchen countertops and in our bedroom in the mornings.spider Webb’s all in the corners so obviously not being cleaned well. Bugs get in around the window units in the bedrooms spent a good bit of time killing all the flying insects in our room before bed. Hot tub had so much chlorine it was unusable from the fumes.Over all beautiful house great location very quiet and peaceful and I would book it again.Hopefully would be cleaner next time but for charging 350 cleaning fee the person cleaning isn’t doing a good job.

We stayed here Presidents Weekend and chose it because of it's proximity to Shawnee (12 minute drive).
There were three families total and enough room for everyone. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Marcin was receptive to all questions and check in was easy. Highly recommend this beautiful home!!!

This property is very spacious and located in a very private area. If you love peace and quiet and relaxing among the trees, this is the place to rent. The owner, Marcin, was very responsive to questions I had prior to our stay. It felt like a home away from home and had everything we needed for our four night stay. It is in the woods, so be prepared to take insect repellent in order to enjoy the outdoors and fires in the fire pit. There are plenty of grocery stores, and places to eat near by, but we enjoyed grilling and “home” cooked meals. Thanks to Marcin for sharing your beautiful home.

Marcin's home was updated, clean and provided my family with an amazing weekend getaway. Close to local bakeries to get breakfast from and also 15 mins away from large supermarkets. Rooms were all spacious and comfortable. Had a great time by the grill and even had some s'mores by the fire pit! Definitely recommend!

I think when people set expectations, it often dictates their review. We set no expectations besides hoping the house would be clean and orderly, which it was. There were a couple minor issues that came up, but the property owner was extremely easy to communicate with and responded to everything promptly. If I had to note one or two things for people interested in renting the property, it would be that the firepit looks as described but is located in the front of the property a little distance away. The distance is understandable for safety reasons but I wish it was more clear in the property listing. The other note is that the water pressure in the home is not great, especially upstairs. It's not a deal breaker but it just would have been nice to have regular pressure. Overall we had a good experience and would stay here again. Like I mentioned, issues are going to arise no matter what. It's how they are handled (customer service) that makes or breaks an experience. Thanks!

The house is so spacious and the layout works perfectly for a group of 15. We never once felt like we were on top of each other.
Communication with Marcin was easy; fast responses. The check in and check out process were simple. The jacuzzi was amazing. The style and decor of the house is beautiful; pictures don't do it justice. We're looking forward to be being back in the summer.

Great escape

The house is the perfect spot to get away from it all as it's nestled back in the woods with an abundance of privacy. The house setup is ideal for groups with plenty of bedroom and bathroom space as well as a very spacious living/kitchen area, perfect for entertaining. The privacy around the house afforded us the perfect opportunity to capture wedding pictures uninterrupted and the Fall landscape was picturesque - we didn't want to leave! The house is well maintained and fully equipped with everything you'd need. Marcin was very friendly to work with and promptly responded to any of our questions or needs and proactively checked in to make sure we arrived safely. The house sits atop a gravel road, which was easy to navigate for us this time of year but could pose a need for AWD come winter. There were minor cleaning discrepancies when we arrived, but nothing we felt uncomfortable with. Hot tub was a huge hit with our kiddos and the wrap around front porch was perfect for morning coffee and our cornhole tournament. We hope to be able to visit again in the future!
