Our family loved this place! We had no problems on our stay and were within a couple of blocks of everything we wanted to do on the Urban Bourbon trail.

Eric was extremely helpful and easy to contact. The property was accurately listed and worked out perfectly. Our group had a blast in Louisville - and we even left a little bourbon for the rest of the town.

This property is as shown in the photos. It’s spacious, comfortable and pretty clean. The location is outstanding, walkable to downtown restaurants and bars. Four of the bedrooms have private bathrooms and a fifth bedroom does not. There are three sitting areas and a nice rooftop patio. The kitchen is well equipped. I think it’s a perfect spot for four couples to share. Great common areas, and yet the bedrooms are spaced apart for privacy. The largest bedroom upstairs had nowhere to hang our clothes, which was very inconvenient. Also, check all the bathrooms for equal distribution of towels as we only had two in our bathroom and no washcloths. I figured that out at the end of the trip when we were doing a sweep to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind. There are parking garages nearby but we were able to park on the street right by the condo. The property manager, Eric, was easy to work with and there was good communication. I definitely recommend this property.

Came for a bachelor party to see some of the bourbon trail, and this listing made for a great home base. Max 20 min walk to all the Louisville distilleries, and close to the highways for easy travel to out of town stuff. Realtively quiet neighborhood for our weekend, but close enough to nightlife to be a good thing. Would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. The roof top patio was perfect to gather at the end of our days. Location was great to walk to restaurants. Would gladly stay there again.

This property was fantastic! We were with our 3 adult children and spouses to celebrate a long weekend drinking some good Bourbon. The suites take up the 4th and 5th floors with 5 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom and 4/5 share a bathroom. There are 3 common areas a huge kitchen table and bar stools. The outside deck is private and excellent. The pro[rrty. Anger Eric was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. The location is great as we walked everywhere (Except to NuLu). We ate at Crows, Merles, Mussel and Birger Bar, Guacamole and Proof on Main. All great spots. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Booked this location for a bachelor party and cannot say how much we all liked it. One of the best places we all have stayed. We spent a lot of time on the private rooftop and enjoyed cooking out the first night we were there. It is also right in the mix for anywhere you want to walk or scooter to. Parking is also a breeze. The property manager was very easy to get a hold of and very responsive. This is a great spot and you and your guests will love it!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and had a great experience. The host was quick to reply for any questions we had. We felts very safe in the area being a group of 10 girls. The place is beautiful and looks exactly like it does online.

We had a group of college friends who got together for a guy’s weekend. This was a great spot - very clean, and the property was exactly as shown in the photos. Great kitchen, 3 separate tv/sitting areas, and the bedroom setup allows for everyone to have their own space and bathrooms. Walking distance to several bourbon stops, bars and local attractions. Would definitely stay again. Host was very responsive to all questions and helpful.

The pictures might honestly undersell this place! The property itself is awesome with great room setups and awesome common area spaces to hang out. It’s close to a lot of good restaurants and cool places to check out and Eric is super responsive and accommodating.

Location and cleanliness made this a perfect stay for our group. Beds were a bit uncomfortable but that's the only thing I could think of that could be improved. Overall a perfect place to stay for our needs.

The home is just as listed—beautiful remodel of historic building, spacious, clean and very well appointed! Location was ideal for walking downtown Louisville and close in proximity to several desirable distilleries and eateries! There were seven of us in the group and all persons agree, that we couldn’t have found better accommodations!

This property was the perfect place for my family to get together in Louisville. It’s spacious and has everything you need. Beautiful and well maintained! It’s also walking distance to many fun things downtown. We enjoyed the Louisville Slugger Museum, 4th street live, NULU neighborhood shops & restaurants and the Evan Williams Bourbon experience. It’s also a short drive to Churchill Downs. The property manager was easily accessible and very helpful!

We rented this place for four days. It was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. Check in was very easy. We had a later arrival, but they were there waiting on us to get us checked in. I would definitely recommend this Vrbo.

Our stay was absolutely perfect from check-in to the check-out. We all came from out of town and the location was perfect to explore downtown Louisville on foot or with very short Ubers. It is also right by the river, where there is a nice running path. The loft is huge and there was plenty of space for our group of 7. I can imagine 10+ people staying here very comfortably. Wish we had more time to enjoy the rooftop and use the grill. The loft is above an office building. It has a private elevator leading directly to the entrance. Over the weekend the whole building was quiet and felt very private.

We brought our family for a bourbon tour and loved this loft! There were 7 of us and this place was perfect. We ate in 2 nights and the roof deck was great with the grill and beautiful vistas. Eric was easy to reach and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place for your Kentucky vacation!

Location is really good. We walked or took short Uber rides around downtown. The flat is very spacious. It was perfect for the five couples on our trip.
