The location and the view from the terrace were great and the accommodation is 200m from the center of the town and the market and food street.
There was no parking close to the apartment, the nearest was the local city parking at the top of the hill, more than 300m from the apartment. The internet was terrible, almost like there was not any. In the evening you have 5min internet then 30min is gone. Maybe all the customers are in the rooms and that is the reason for the bad connection but that is not an excuse from the host for not giving better service. And worst of all the air-condition.... when you write that there is air-condition and that is included in the service that has to mean that there really is. The room is less than 30m2 and you have to leave it several times to go to the terrace to put your wet clothes or just to stay at the terrace, but because there was a window switch on the air condition the moment you open the door it turns off. So the only option to use the air-condition is to stay closed in the room, not leaving it not for 10sec or just open and quick close the door.... terrible experience. I can't understand the need for this because even if u use the AC for more than 8h it still can't spend more than 2euro per day (the AC spend 1kW electricity per hour, 8kw x 0,25euro/kW in Greece). When u pay more than 80euro per day for an accommodation you expect and fair service for that, and not to be IMPRISONED in the room.
P.S. I work as HVAC engineer and those window switches are the worst option for a classic AC. They kill the compressor of the AC in less than a year or 2.

The location of the house is perfect as it is not very close to the bars and cafes (not much noise) and still very close to the beach side.
Most of the infrastructure is very old, resulting in significant decrease of the comfort. For instance internet is either very slow or not working for most of the time. There was a big hole in the fly net on the window. Other problems such as very old and noisy beds significantly decreased the comfort of the room.
