This house is located in such a great location. It's in the heart of the best that Newport has to offer and amongst beautiful historic homes. THE SPACE This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home will give you all of the privacy you need, while at the same time offering comfortable common areas to spend time with family and friends. Here is a brief description to give you a better understanding of the space: First Floor: - TV Lounge & Sofa - Dining table [seats 6] - Kitchen - Full bathroom Second Floor: - Bedroom 1 [Queen Bed] - Bedroom 2 [Queen Bed] - Bedroom 3 [Queen Bed] - Full Bathroom 2 - Full Bathroom 3 Outdoor Space [Shared]: - Front porch - Back patio with chairs This a private home in a duplex. The only shared space with the other home is the front porch and the back patio. We also rent the entire house as a 6 bedroom / 6 bathroom rental if you have a group larger than 6 adults. If you have any questions about the space or layout please let us know! House Rules: - No parties or events. Guests will be asked to leave immediately, and extra cleaning charges will be forced. - No smoking inside the home. Guests found smoking in the home will be asked to leave and charged extra cleaning costs.

Great location and close any activity in town, parking is tricky but there is two overnight lots not too far away. Plenty of room in the house with 3 bathrooms.

The house was very clean. We could walk to restaurants and the water easily. Parking was no problem. The photo does not match the house. We were expecting something different but it was in such a great location and very clean, so it did not disappoint!

My family and I stayed here for two nights. The location is great. Plenty of bars and restaurants a block away, or take a beautiful 10 minute stroll to the wharf area. We'll definitely be coming back.

This property is half of an older duplex in historic old Newport. It is walkable to shops, restaurants, cafes and a little farther but walkable to the waterfront area. Also close to the free trolley to get to the Cliff Walk and the mansions. The unit is clean and comfortable but the spaces are mostly on the small size. The kitchen did not seem to be equipped for any major cooking. We did not have a car, so parking was not a problem, but a car was definitely not necessary. We would recommend this unit

Very clean spacious home, directly situated on a one way street. Small front porch on street and tiny outdoor back space for a small outdoor table in back. Need to find publicly parking. Bedrooms upstairs have window air conditioning units. Downstairs has central air. Washer/dryer shared in unfinished damm basement wit neighboring unit.

The rental was lovely, and worked perfectly for our family over a long weekend. It had been recently redone, was clean, beds were comfortable and above all, the location is perfect to explore downtown Newport. The host was friendly and super attentive, very easy to communicate with boht leading up to and beginning our stay. Would highly recommend this property.

We were very disappointed in this house as it was nothing like the photos showed. We were nowhere near the water or the Marina as shown in the photo. We were there only one night or parking would have been a hassle.

We were intern with a group of couples for a wedding, and this place was perfect. You cannot beat the location, and the house had everything we could need for a comfortable and fun stay in Newport. Tom, the manager, was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back for our next event in town!
