Nel mini appartamento c'è tutto: piccolo cucinino con induzione, servizio di piatti, posate, tazze e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare; bagno con ampia doccia; letto matrimoniale; phon; cuscini da utilizzare per vedere gli spettacoli all'Arena di Verona (veramente una bella accortezza!); condizionatore
Lo spazio è piuttosto ampio e si può fare ancje il check-in autonomia (cosa che personalmente apprezzo sempre).
L'appartamento è a 15 minuti a piedi dall'arena e da piazza delle Erbe, a pochissimi passi dal passeggio lungo il fiume, dalla chiesa di San Fermo e a 30 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. La posizione è veramente ideale.
Purtroppo la via su cui si affaccia l'edificio, pur a senso unico, è rumorosissima e quei rumori si sentono anche in camera, nonostante le finestre chiuse. Anche il condizionatore non è molto silenzioso.
È davvero l'unica pecca, perché l'appartamento è davvero comodo.

Great location. Walking distance to the city Center. Room was clean and tidy. Host was very nice and helpful. The room was great for the price. Everything you need for a one night stay.
The bathroom has a really strong smell of urine. I’m not sure if it’s the toilet brush as this was bright yellow.
The single beds pushed together were quite uncomfortable and it was really loud.
