About this condo rental
Situated in Bay Pines, this lovely condo for $125 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This is a great gated community with all the amenities - gym, heated pool,gas grills, tennis courts - located 2 miles from Indian shores beach. 7 miles away from Clearwater beach and 4 miles to st Pete beach and Johns pass. GROUND FLOOR condo, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. Enjoy all that Florida has to offer. We are Walking distance to: Starbucks , lukens liquors, McDonald’s, Dailys burgers, tropical cafe, PDQ, TJ MAX, sprouts, Burlington, and other restaurants. 2 miles away is Seminole mall, beaches. The airports - tampa and st Pete are 20 min away. Perfect little location beautiful remodeled condo. Unit has two bedrooms each featuring queen size bed. We have 3 tv’s : one in living room and one in each bedroom. Ground floor no stairs ! Living room has a couch with a pull out queen size bed. Master bedroom has a spare blow up mattress. Everything is new!! Gorgeous marble counter tops, new appliances, paint, baseboards, crown molding, dishes, silverware, linens, etc. High speed Internet /dvr/cable. You won’t be disappointed ! 2 pets up to 25lbs allowed with $100 fee . Unit is stocked with all the essentials- plates, towels, linens, shampoo/ body wash,coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, Starbucks and Dunkin’ coffee and creamer. Unit has high speed WiFi I will provide all guests your self access front door lockbox info at 3 -4 pm the day of your arrival. *Pet fee $100 up to 2 pets under 25lbs allowed Our condo has two bedrooms one bathroom. The living room couch opens up into a queen bed. 4 beds total Ac max is 71 As prior guess have turned on the AC is into the 50s and I’ve burned out our prior units. Do not book this home if 71 is not cool enough for you. In my opinion and 99.9% of guests this is sufficient and beyond sufficient!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. By far the most pleasant aspect of our visit was the interaction with our host. She explained everything , immediately responded to Inquiries, and anticipated our needs. We stayed in four places in Florida during a family vacation and this was easily the best.

Sandy is an excellent host. Strong on communication and ensuring we had an enjoyable time in her nicely decorated and stocked condo. Would return and stay in this place again.

Place was clean and well-supplied with everything you need from beach towels to coffee. Sandy checked on us before we arrived, after we got there, and again after we left to make sure that we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The porch light was even left on which made locating the unit significantly easier. We definitely would return again. Highly recommend.

This was my first stay with VRBO and I was not disappointed! I was looking for a 2 bedroom on the first floor and found Sandy's beautiful place that fit the bill. The furnishings were so well decorated and had a cozy comfortable feel. The beds were very comfortable, and I slept like i was in my own bed! Everything was very clean, and even the sheets felt good! Sandy checked in frequently to make sure all our needs were met. Checking in and out was flawless and so easy. I would highly recommend Sandy's home to anyone, it certainly checked all our boxes and over delivered!

Sandra's home was perfect for us. Easy drive to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc. Super easy check in, regular communication, and lovely home, made for a great stay for us. We will definitely plan to come back.

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was very clean and cozy. Sandra even left a little welcome gift that was unexpected, but very thoughtful. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast while we were there. Location was perfect for what we were looking for. Short drive to the beach, but just close enough to the city. Check in and out was a breeze. Zero complaints. Thank you!

The condo was adorable and stocked with everything we could possibly think of! We had such a nice relaxing time and enjoyed our morning walks at the nearby beach every morning! Sandra checked in on us via text regularly just to ask if we needed anything….which we didn’t because it was already there!

This unit was perfect for me and my family. We came down because my son was playing baseball for his high school. The property was perfect. Sandy was a perfect host. She communicated with us every step of the way. Highly recommend.

The Thermostat cooling is locked by owner at 71. Main area is marginally cool. "Orange" bedroom at nighttime is very warm; compounded by there is no cooling register in "orange" bedroom ?? . Auto" mode also locked; Fan cant be used for circulation. Am appalled that a owner get to dictate my comfort or more precisely discomfort. I stay at VRBO regularly and this is a first.

Sandy was incredibly kind, informative, and accommodating. She even went out of her way to make nice little touches around the residence for the Thanksgiving holiday. Such a delightful and luxurious place. 5/5 stars and would stay here again in the future.

My Aunt and I loved everything. Helps to know we are both handicapped. So to know we could come and go without the battle of stairs and other obstacles like climbing in and out of a tub, we really enjoyed renting this Vrbo location and would definitely be back. Thank you Sandra Kozlowski

Everything Sandra did was absolutely amazing, the home is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you might possibly need. Check in process is super fast and easy.
The community is a little more quiet than expected and with 3 kids we felt we needed to tell them to be quiet all the times but other than that it's a friendly neighbourhood community. It's surely a great apartment if you're looking for a relaxing stay in a central location and the pool is very nicely heated and open late! There is also a community barbecue that can be used all day long.

Husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to attend a wedding nearby. The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. The owner was very responsive and helpful with some local recommendations for food as well. We would stay here again. :)
