Wonderful hosts, clean condo with everything we needed, perfect location with a view! We want to make this a yearly family trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better week with our kids, thanks Jonathan and Janice!!

Complex is wonderful! Jonathan & Janice are exceptional hosts & even had a sweet note with a welcome basket upon our arrival. We had everything we needed. Plenty of towels in the bathroom & everything in the kitchen. My 89 year old mother absolutely loved the lazy river & spent most of her time there. The balcony is small but was sufficient for the 3 of us & the beach wagon was awesome! If we adventure back to Galveston or Houston area again we definitely want to stay here!

Definitely not a Penthouse. Had to fill bathtub with shower head. Toaster only browned one side of toast. Vinyl stools on kitchen counter were torn from wear. Definitely needs a lot of work.
