Nice and clean, good location. Provide pjs, towels and slippers each night (clean ones provided if staying multiple nights). Also had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hairdryers.
Storage was far away from capsule bed (on another floor and only accessible by lift so always had to wait). No hot or cold drinking water or microwave. No where to hang damp clothes or personal towels to dry (only the locker but no air flow so won’t dry)

Excellent value, and ideal for a one night stay in Hakata. Location was great, 5 minutes walk from Hakata. Communal area worked well for remote work, with private booths and additional monitor.

I liked the lounge room and the location. The pods were cleaner than the one in Nagoya. The pods here had better ventilation.
Pod 325’s USB plug did not work. Some of the shower stalls have mold on the ceilings. Other than that it was pretty good.
